      100 % agree with you on that,Matthew let the product sell itself he was measured in his approach & his knowledge shone brightly showing the way forward for companies to get their profit margins where they should be. Welderfabber and co. Only deal with top quality products and services their work speaks volumes for itself obviously.

    I imagine in a game like yours, no workshop will ever be big enough because the more space you have, as well as the essential kit, the more 'useful' stuff you store.

    This is so special you are moving into this space,
    when you said the hairs were standing up on your arms,
    I was hoping you would take your hat off so I could see the hairs stand up on your head.....but alas...
    it was not to be....having the ceiling height and the racks are a very big advantage as you know......

    That fuel active bit of kit is superb! Wish that would have been an option as it would have avoided having to drain and bin 4500 litres of red diesel from a Harbour mobile crane and deal with all of the associated decontam/ cleaning, filter replacing and associated bollocks. Mind , the old fuel kept my house toasty warm for a good while🤣

    No wonder you’ve got work coming in from all quarters just a little thing I picked up on while you was at Fox’s after drilling the 3 holes underneath the diesel tank you made sure all around them was back to bare metal to get the best seal.

  • @MajorMac621
    @MajorMac621 7 месяцев назад +2

    Baz! You honestly take steel fabrication to a new level. I don’t think there’s another RUclips channel in your industry that shows the complete fabrication of things. Very creative, plus, I bet in your line of work you could get away with a lot of stuff with the end results etc. it can look a bit tatty and you could easily pass it off. But you take your work to a perfect end result. It’s amazing to see the quality of work and the attention to detail. Just like descaling. I pray you get work flooding in and that you grow to a nationwide company with multiple work shops up and down the country and vans all over the show. I hope it becomes a reality for you and you grow to become a multiple million £ company. Good luck!

    Super happy for you Baz, the new shop is awesome, plenty of space for equipment and more importantly Big projects.
    Hopefully you have some within the family that can be in charge of accounts, very important to know how much things actually cost.
    People like us that come from the tools often underestimate this side of things.
    Time, materials, Hire, equipment, capital purchasing payments overheads and profits.
    All your jobs need to contribute to these, you probably know all this anyway, but it's easily put on the back burner.
    Best of luck
    You're going to nail it.
    You have the most important thing SALES
