    0:37 on the “disease/health issues prevention” claims not being allowed.. i am wanting to sell a neck workout device and nearly everyone selling neck harnesses claim that it can prevent neck injuries and im not sure if I can also do this. Can you please look into this and let me know?
    Everyone knows there is truth to this, which is why amazon is allowing them to claim this but were they ever forced to show studies that a stronger neck prevents injury?

    This video is pure gold. I have been getting super blurry Product Carousel (150px x 300px) pics. What's the trick? What size and dpi do you guys use for those?

    • @ShareItStudio
      @ShareItStudio  2 года назад

      Hi Gly! Thank you so much for your question.
      Regarding the DPI, we use 72 PPI for all our content. As a matter of fact, this is the recommended resolution for screens.
      As per the size, try using 1800x3600 px.
      What I recommend is keeping the same ratio, but working with bigger sizes.

      @@ShareItStudio Muchas Gracias. Just Subscribed! Last Question: What would happen if I used 96 dpi instead of 72 dpi? Will that make it blurry upon uploading to Amazon?

    • @ShareItStudio
      @ShareItStudio  2 года назад

      @@MeatySpaghetti1 Hola Gly! Thank you so much for subscribing🤩
      Using a higher dpi wouldn't make much of a difference.
      Have in mind that no matter the image size you use (1000px or 10000px, for example) Amazon will still compress the image to optimize the page navigation, so it will always look a little blurry.
      Let me know if you have any further questions!

    There is a product that claims it is organic but has not shown the certification. Amazon has not said anything about it.

      Hi, thanks for watching, Jose! Claiming a product is organic or eco-friendly without certification violates Amazon's TOS. We think providing legitimate and provable information is best to avoid issues with your listing.

      Hi! Thanks for watching. Check out this short we did with some extra tips that might help you, instagram.com/p/CruBEZMtIJw/. If you are using Canva, have you tried saving your file as a Print PDF? It gives you the best quality. Then you will have to use a third-party platform to convert your file into JPG or PNG (try smallpdf.com or convertio.co) Also, make sure the images you are using for your design have the best quality possible. Let us know if this works, please.

      @@annelousvanitem1919 Hi Annelous, this is Mari. Thank you so much for trusting us, and reaching out.
      Unfortunately, Amazon will compress all types of images that you upload no matter the quality, size file, resolution, etc. So it will always look a little blurry, even if you have Premium A+ Content. However, if it looks extremely blurry, then there's definitely something else going on.
      I'd be happy to take a look at your listing, and see how we could help. Send me an email to contact@shareitstudio.com and let's review it.

      Hello! Thank you so much for reaching out 😀 If you are using Canva, we recommend you download your Images as a PDF for print, and then use a third-party converter to convert the file to JPG. But you need to ensure you can export the file in the best quality possible, specifically on 72 ppi

    Hi Mari,
    I wanted to ask about images.
    I usually do my editing on canva and save the document as a PDF print file then convert it to a PNG file 300dpi 3000x3000 and then upload it on my listing. I've found the images to still come out a little blurry.
    Are there any hacks around this?
    Also, would you then compress the file?

    • @ShareItStudio
      @ShareItStudio  2 года назад +1

      Hi, Boxer! Thank you so much for your question.
      - First, you shouldn't export the images as print files since the color mode for print (CMYK) and digital (RGB) use are different! Our screens work with RGB colors as these are used for any type of media that transmits light.
      Export them as RGB PNGs if you don't want to lose any details.
      - In this same note of ideas, 72ppi is more than enough for images used on digital platforms.
      - The slight blurriness on Amazon happens because the platform compresses the images when you upload them already. So no need to do it yourself!
      Let me know if you have any further questions and I'd be happy to help.
