  • "Train for Deen" and "Train for Allah" have become common phrases in the Muslim content creation scene for Gym and Calisthenics. I want to find out why some Muslims train and what their purpose for training is, and the true meaning behind these words.
    Is it true to its meaning? Or is it just a phrase to gain clicks and attention. This video will seek to address just that!

    Broadening the horizon is good to see for our Ummah, you guys are good at fitness and there are many others who are good at or take passion in other fields. What a good way to represent Muslims can be good in various forms whilst adhering to Islam.

      People tend to focus on an aspect they want to work on but forget success comes from Allah (SWT) first

    I pray that Allah blesses you all with good. Ameen. Doing things for Allahs sake should only be between you and him. Not to be shown to the world because that defeats the purpose. Advice firstly for myself.

      Salam. We train together as one brotherhood, but our individual intentions are always between us and Allah. Showing this online only encourages others to also do the same in their training and day to day life. Allah knows best

      @@jstillworking Walaikum salaam. I respect your answer Alhamdulillah. Please don’t take what I have said to heart I don’t mean any bad akhi. I pray that Allah blesses what you are doing with khair, Ameen. Just be careful of riyah cause the prophet of Allah (saw) said that due to riyah many will enter the hell fire. This is advice for myself firstly. I am no scholar at all but I leave you with the best of advice is that we worship Allah correctly and save ourselves from the hell fire and that’s by following the teachings of our prophet muhammed (saw) correctly exactly how he taught us. Associating no partners with Allah and worshipping Allah how he deserves to be worshipped. Understanding the true meaning of tauhid,, knowing who Allah is and why we worship him by the way of understanding his names and the attributes of his names. I am sorry to make this long but I want best for my Muslims brothers and for us to unite upon the truth and not falsehood.

    How is running Sunnah? These RUclipsrs talk some nonsense

    • @jstillworking
      @jstillworking  7 дней назад

      السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
      There are a few instances where the Prophet SAW has been observed running, such as us the time the Prophet raced with his wife `A’isha, and she beat him. Some time later, they raced again and he beat her. The Prophet then said: “One all!” (hadhihi bi-tilk). Abu Dawud, Ahmad, and Ibn Majah.
      There are few encouragements among many prophets about running and more so long distance walking, which Id encourage you to read into.
      Furthermore, fear Allah akhi, instead of providing non constructive feedback such as “these youtubers talk nonsense”, next time be constructive in your response. Feel free to educate if you feel something was said that you dont agree with, otherwise this is an extremely belittling comment.
      Barakallahu feek.
