We know all of this and more. We not only have dead bodies to do DNA tests and autopsies on; we have live 'grays'. Their DNA is from here, from our cows.
They are bio-robots, for lack of a better term. They don't have telomeres, they don't age, yet they die when they complete their missions. They have a religion, that says when anything dies, it just goes back to the source, so they don't care if they die.
They have no tongue, no teeth, very limited digestion tract, and they don't poop or piss, rather they sweat ammonia. They have to eat processed foods, all liquids, and they like strawberry ice cream. They sweat this ammonia under this gray suit they wear in our atmosphere, and they have these films over their eyes making their eyes look all black, but under them are pupils, whites of the eyes and then black pupils.
They can make vocalizations from the middle of their chests. None of this is astounding; what is astounding is whoever makes these things. They go to different planets and make these bio-robots from DNA, yes DNA like ours and every other earthly thing, but for the different planets, they use their indigenous DNA to help them cope with the different atmospheres.
