    Man its crazy to see how hunters from other states are able to choose the deer they want to shoot,Here in Southern California I see a small 2x2 at 500+ yds and I take the shot because I dont ge to see them too often and they dont get too big in our area.
    Deer season here opens uo tomorrow by the way,Brothers please Pray for me and wish me good luck,I hope I can get my very very first buck this year,I've been hunting since a was a kind in Mexico with a small 22 and a black powder rifle,Today I use a 30 06 but I've never got a deer,I am 25 and I keep trying to get one every year.

      The reason for the large bucks is management. Most people are like you and anything with a rack is on their target list. When everyone does this like you there are very few mature bucks. If people would let small deer walk and harvest only large bucks then you grow bigger bucks. I know your state doesn’t produce many trophy deer. Do your part and learn about management then educate others. Also you can hunt out of state.

      Time is money 6500 is 2000$ to much for me but 5 days and you are covered in Trophies. 6500 is what you'd pay 8n taxes to own a good chunk of woods might as well just go to where it's all set up and done right.

    Honestly, I got through half of the video and moved on. It's hard to stomach watching guys "hunt" on a managed property that is crawling with deer. No "normal" hunt offers a man "eenie, meenie, miney, moe...which buck do I shoot?" Sorry. I'd rather watch the Hunting Public or Seek One. At least those guys actually hunt deer.

  • @JoeZelensky

    Nothing better than pulling through those really tall fence gates after paying a few thou, meeting up with the guys, drinking garbage Budweiser, just to know that you will get a deer for sure. The smell of late autumn/early winter and deer so tame you can pet them. Now that is real hunting.

      Don't say you wouldn't . If you could afford it I'm all about hunter's ethics as well. And I don't believe in shooting a deer in a high fence area absolutely not I don't agree with that at all but a well-managed ranch that's not high fence if I had the money I definitely do it at least once in my life.

    • @Hunter-uy5qs
      @Hunter-uy5qs Год назад +3

      @@DoesUrBeanHang Not everybody has the luxury of hunting in a property like this, most people hunt where there are a lot of neighboring hunters around the same forest so you can't control their actions and therefore what's left is pressured deer which are much much harder to hunt than the deers in this video. I love to see these guys hunt in my area, it will be amusing.

    @christopherallen574 3 года назад +4

    I am all for deer management, and passing on the young bucks in order to let them mature for the following years. At the same time though, having a set of rules, which you constantly think about and second guess your own judgment, and pass on monster bucks because you don't want to be "that guy" that shot a deer deemed to small.
    Took the fun out of the hunt.

    • @adamelam6385
      @adamelam6385 3 года назад

      Their sandbox their rules. Hunting on a ranch with a 150 minimum you know if you kill one it’s going to be a monster. I’d definitely do it given the chance but you can’t be as proud of hunting a managed ranch as opposed to a private farm or national forest.

    • @RalphERo824
      @RalphERo824 7 лет назад +2

      Ofri Mashiah the meat is good if it is a redish color. If when gutting the deer it looks like a dirty brownish red then the deer has a disease. If the weather is below 50 for a high then the night is next to 32 then you can let the deer hang for a few hours to drain all the blood out. Just get the deer processed as soon as possible no matter what. If it is above 50 during the day place bags of ice in the body cavity and up near the neck. Good luck and happy hunting.

    For everyone griping about not being able to afford a hunt like this, there is a lot of public land near where he is hunting.

      Seriously. These guys aren't hunters, they're wannabe TV personalities who like to shoot things. Thankfully their RUclips subscriber count says it all. They're nothing on this platform. Hoping it stays that way.

      @@sterlingarcher9768 they have a show on the pursuit channel now, so they’re a little bigger than just RUclips.

    Where I hunt in Minnesota. Only big mature trophy bucks are harvested in private land. The struggles and hard work of a public hunter usually never pays off, but I’ll always shoot a doe
    Lol 😂
    Good hunt !

  • @briannadufour2634

    First off this is not a private deer farm...there is no high fence or feed boxes and salt licks are illegal in MN, nor does it cost 5k. How would I know...I have hunted with jeramiah. This guy has over 1k acres of wild deer that can come and go as they please and can land on anyone else's land for how far bucks can travel. And trust me, hunting public land where I'm from (northern MN) I can shoot bucks to. But the difference is this is a place no city ppl can come and just shoot whatever the hell they want and wound deer after deer. Here these bucks actually live up to their potential all on their own bc of ppl like jeramiah that dont allow idiots to just pluck whatever their hearts feel like. As an avid bow hunter i believe every state should have an antler restriction like southern MN has. Let the deer live up to their potential. As for you guys who call us murderers. Read a bible plz and then quit eating chicken and beef. I have so much respect for these animals and thank God he allows us to do this to FEED our families. As for the people who think this is easy pick up a damn bow and try and fool a mature buck and get them into 30 yards or less! I wish you the best! Hard core pursuit keep doing what you do and maybe we will run into you guys there this year! Tell Mike jr hi! 😊

      I agree with you in everything expect antler restriction.People who hunt public land are hunters too.This antler restriction rules are made by hunters who can afford hunting private land and they don’t think about other majority of hunters who hunt public land.I think antler restriction is not right,it’s about the time you spend in the nature and about healthy meat you bring home,not about bones.
