It is absolutely insane and I am totally loving it. I've been a HUGE darts fan for years, but this past month has taken everything to a whole new level thanks to Luke THE NUKE Littler. This young man has got the darts world in a complete uproar and rightly so. With his second place finish in the World Championships, his 9 darter and win in the Bahrain Masters it has left us all continuing to ask is there anything this young man can't do. My answer is nothing because he IS capable of doing anything which he has proven over the past few weeks. It's a fairytale story that is REAL and Luke is writing it for us all to see with his brilliant talent. Well well well done young man!!! ☢☢☢
My father said the Eric Bristow impact was huge as he entered his first world championship at 20 and had won his first world championship at 22. Not exactly 16 but the average age of darts players was much older back then.

There are many channels nowadays with voices that use weird intonation for example that sound very unnatural, but still human and not robotic. Of course, some people will do this on purpose to be distinct, but I should not rule out that it's AI generated these days, because you input your voice and it gives a mimic of that input back. If you use a weird input on purpose, than the output will also sound more than the usual slightly off.

Just one correction. It wasn’t Nathan Aspinall in 2009 who was the last debutant to reach the semi finals, it was Rob Cross in 2018 who won it all in Phil Taylor’s last game of televised darts.

I think I'm right in saying that Littler was a dart away from making it 5-2. He also had 3 darts to save the game after Humphries missed 3 match darts in the final set. That chance to make it 5-2 in sets and missing it and it going 4-3 instead. Humphries then won 5 sets in a row.
Been following darts since I was twelve and Luke Littler may well be the real deal, the next Phil Taylor if you like, IF he doesn’t get too cocky like Adrian Lewis did and applies himself. MVG stated he will be retiring at 40 so in the next 5-10 years we could easily see Littler skyrocket, it’s too early to call it but I can see him winning in excess of 12 world titles
