I don't want to say it surprised me because Gately Audio never disappoints but i was surprised what a BEAST this sub actually was. I haven't seen one in person till i got it! I actually thought it was a 1500w sub until i called and asked. By then the video was already almost done. But the Audiocontrol amp ain't no punk! it was really flexing this thing hard! It’s pretty crazy what a good box can do for a system. Even a low end or middle tier sub can sound great if it’s in the correct box!
thats def a bad ass sub alot of exposure for that coil to keep cooler I was thinking of changing all my jl audio low end stuff for loud bass. I was leaning towards them deafbounce 45series but these are badass

Audio control makes some super high quality stuff. I have their high to low level converter in my car and it’s been great. I’m surprised for how much they charge on their stuff that they don’t use Tiffany style rca’s.
It does not make the signal any clearer using Tiffany style RCA jacks or Audio Control would certainly use them.

Hi Steve, I know you've tested Pride Audio subs in the past (2 twelves I think). How would you compare these Alpha 12's to the Pride subs of comparable power handling (maybe the TV3 or SV3)?

to me 4k at 30fps isn't worth the trouble over 1080 @ 60fps. They look almost identical but one is smoother. Also easier on the file size.

Im running 4 of these in the Gately 7.0 4-12 box right now 🔊🔊🔊🔊 it gets down. I can’t fit the 8.0 in my current vehicle, but I’m doing hair tricks with these subs and the 7.0

Im looking at a 1500w amp to run a single 12" sub. I cant decide between the RF T1500.1bdcp, Audio Control LC1500.1 and Kicker KXA1600.1. Which amp would you suggest? Not going for SPL as such but still want loud good quality sound.
