Please do "Mama" next. This song is so raw and ragged and it breaks your heart. "Mama" is a much needed sequel.

Im 37. When i was 3, my mother dropped me and my 5yr old brother off on my grandparents porch when they were on vacation, and i never saw her again. I grew up without a mother who wanted me. And a brother that became a career criminal because of the damage he wass caused being my big brother enduri g the brunt of our mistreatment. I now have no mother. No brother. And no family. This shit is real for some of us.

He was supposed to say something at the end of the song and started crying. Everybody left the room and basically gave give privacy and that’s what came out. He does not do the ending when performing as it was done in one take and just for the track

When I saw this on the list for this week I legit was like oof this is gonna be a hard one. I’ll never forget the very first time I listened to it I had full body chills and sat in silence for a little bit after just digesting the song. Still rough to this day.

This song was the hardest so far, I know for myself it hit me way to hard because I lost my mom, even though his was way different. But still it’s a hard song to listen too. -Andrea

@@dna2001 Damn I am so, so sorry. I know that has to be really hard to struggle with and cope with it. Even though the song tells a different story I can definitely see how it could still be relatable to you. I’m sure it brought up a lot of emotions internally. And of course I only see an on screen persona, granted even then you are very genuine and it shows, but I basically mean a more vulnerable side but based on what you just told me I can gather that you are an incredibly strong person no matter what life has thrown at you and that’s very admirable. Again I’m very sorry and if things get rough, like when you are hit with feelings about your mom’s passing, just remember you are a strong person and I’m sure she is proud. 🖤🖤🖤

😭😭😭😭 Becca that was very sweet of you to say! What you said meant the world to me, you have no idea. I was so speechless at the end of the song I had nothing to say or I would have had to get up and walk away from crying even more.
I really appreciate what you said, and we are so glad you are with us! 🖤🥰🥰🥰-Andrea

@@dna2001 I’m really glad that I could provide some words that mean something to you. (I’m very bad with words when it comes to conversations/comments and yet I write poetry. Make that make sense 😂) And it’s totally okay if you don’t have anything to say afterwards or if you do have to step out to collect yourself. Normal human reaction to something that hits you that deep. You just gotta do what you need to in that moment, there’s nothing wrong with that. And I am very happy to be here too and that I was able to discover you lovely, genuine ladies. I love your reactions and humor of course! Y’all sound like a good time! lol But most importantly I love how real y’all are and compassionate to your subscribers and I can tell how much you guys really enjoying doing this. Take care, Andrea and have a good night! 🖤

I can relate to his pain I lost my friend in 2023, losing someone hurts a lot. And it kills me everyday that some people don't really care or know how music producers feel. They also, have feelings and emotions. And some just fail to see that.

Don't worry, the next song - Real - is a hype song. Nothing sad about it.
I have been a super fan of his since 2016, and I would not recommend doing Mama next as some people have suggested. That is from his newest album. He does everything very intentionally, and the journey is laid out as it is for many good reasons. I suggest you experience it as us old school folks did, as he intended it. I don't think you'll be able to fully appreciate it any other way. That's my opinion, but of course it is your channel so I wouldn't get salty at ya for doing things the way you want to do them! 😊
