I think the only way to get evade realm shift in Ragnarok is the enlightenment armor Way easier to abuse realm shifts in 2018, there was a glitch in 2018 which basically gave you unlimited time slow kinda broke the game

i think its based on your build where you put enchantements in your armor unlike ragnarok
