Uhhh, I don't comment on your channel much,, I just let you guys do your thing. Your boat is going to beautiful and unique! Lots of custom builders use fricking MDF. In a marine environment that will spell nothing but trouble in the future!
I know non of this fit-out is easy but, you do make it look so. I think you’re doing a fantastic job. It’s a shame you found out about the cabin sides are never straight until later on in your build. It’s so understandable when you’re told. Great to use a template. Again, common sense. But to gain common sense, you need experience which, you both have lots of now. I reckon your going to be a go too couple when you’re on the cut for people wanting advice. I’ll be asking if it goes wrong! Great airing cupboard.
Cheers Chris. Not sure if common sense is the right word for. Ady hahahaha but we have gained lots of experience thats for sure. Looking forward to watching how your Helmsman course went later 👍
Another load of jobs done to your usual very high standards. If he's getting stressed give him another cup of tea! Isn't it helpful to be told what you should have done afterwards, like those hull batterns. If that cupboard is for wet coats etc. as if I've understood you correctly it is, then those slats will let any surplus heat from the water heater dry them, a bonus.
Thankyou Tony. Got the kettle on right now. Yes the sloped bulkheads caught us out in the early stages and would of been so much easier now if we knew what we know now then. Hopefully it will be of benefit to those who are about to tackle that stage on their projects.👍
I'm sitting here aching from having done a brake job on our car, and then I watch you bent down stuffed into that cabinet, and winced in sympathy. Excellent work as usual. Do you have a plan for lighting that area between the two cabinets? With the hatch and both doors closed, that area appeared rather dark.
You two make it look easy which I know it’s definitely not. I know the big companies have a control panel with the company name on it will yours have made by grandkids and nanny and grandad? Do you know yet when you might be finished? Do you plan on living in a marina or cruise full time? I will miss seeing the build but so looking forward to how it turns out I know it will look great and be beautiful! Can’t wait to next video. Susan
Thankyou Susan. Yes we are making a control panel along those lines. Taking each step as it comes til we finish now so no finish date yet. We will be cruising full time but may have a winter mooring sometimes to continue our travels abroad once the world is a bit more stable.👍
More impressive work, good old fashioned airing cupboard 😀 Another step closer. Cheers, Nigel

Nice to see how you did the slats. I've been thinking I might do that for my bed in my van. Thank you for your video.
Cheers Glen. Yes we done the same thing on our bed frame and are also using slats on our dinette as we speak 👍
