Shin Megami Tensei IV Apocalypse - Is It Worth It? 👉 ruclips.net/video/7PK8Jin789s/видео.html Welcome to all the lovely new viewers and subscribers! We are really happy that you like our show! 🙇♂️☘️🦉
Honestly for the 3Ds If anyone sees my comment, I would recommend looking into modding your 3Ds it’s really easy and straightforward, and you’ll be able to download tons of DS, 3Ds, new 3Ds, GBA, GB, GBC games etc. all for free, I did it to my New Nintendo 3Ds with a 128gig memory card recently and I went from only having 7 games to now having over 80+ games that I downloaded online for free
Man I had to dust off my 3ds after watching this. Definitely got some unfinished games to get through myself. Tales of the Abyss is a great 3ds game and it got me though many slow days at work lol. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for bringing these games to my attention.
Nice! Glad this video inspired you to give that old 3DS some love. I absolutely have my eyes on Tales of the Abyss, as soon as I find a copy I'll get it. Thanks for watching, man!
Professor Layton Vs Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney is the perfect example of a crossover done right! I had only played Professor Layton before I played PLvsPW:AA but I felt like I was playing a true Professor Layton game! And after I played the Phoenix Wright games I replayed PLvsPW:AA and it felt like a perfect harmony of two types of mystery/logic games! If your are a fan of either series I HIGHLY recommend it. And if you never played either games then this is the perfect way to experience both types of games without prior knowledge of either games stories! 10/10 for me!
Thanks for having me on this video mate! Great picks of games to look out for. Definitely had my eye on a couple already, but going to have to get them now! Also never heard of Jim's pick, will have to research! Great video mate!
Lots of interesting picks here. While many are RPGs, I think that’s a testament to just how many great ones were on the handheld. Attack of the Friday Monsters sounds interesting (and cheap), so I’ll have to grab that. Tales of the Abyss also looks pretty cool. Pushmo is such a great game, and one I put a ton of time into. Other 3DS games I’d recommend everyone check out are Dead or Alive Dimensions, Resident Evil The Mercenaries 3D, Ketzal’s Corridors (eShop exclusive), and Shinobi…just to name a few more lol. This was an awesome video man, and seeing HTGD and Super Jimtendo collab with you was really cool! Also, nice Arcade1up cabinet in the background 👍
Great recommendations! The list goes on and on, so many amazing games on that little system. Attack of the Friday Monsters is such a fantastic game. Yeah, we love our Street Fighter Arcade1up. Next video will be a room tour where I talk a little bit about it. Thanks a million for watching! ☘️🦉
So glad you mentioned Tales of the Abyss! It’s one of my favorite games ever and has one of the best stories by far of any JRPG out there and I played it many times on the PS2. When it was announced for the 3DS I was overjoyed and preordered it and it’s been a blast to enjoy portably. Highly recommend as well, especially since the Tales series (besides more recent games released on the latest gen) doesn’t exactly have the best track record for ports to PC or recent consoles
I hope this comment also applies to the European folks. In my region of North America, Radiant Historia, shin megami tensei 4, and shin megami tensei 4 apocalypse are all on sale digitally. They cost $10, $9, and $8 USD respectively. The sale lasts until the 17th of April!
Pushmo looks amazing! Have never heard of this before! I’m going to grab all three Yokai watch games. I love the silly anime and also the lore. Lighthearted stories about Japanese Yokai. James and Jimmy are both friends of mine as well. Great fellas and great choices! SuperJimtendo is how I found your channel actually. Just subscribed. Great work my friend! Cheers to future content, and thanks for the recommendations. 🤘🙏
Hey, thanks a million! Really glad you like it. And I'm happy to have these two awesome blokes on the show. I love Yo-Kai Watch and can't recommend it enough. The first couple of games are still quite cheap and easy to get. Like you said, the Japanese ghost folklore combined with the atmosphere and humor is just amazing. And the Pushmo games are just super fun and addictive. Thanks again!
Thanks a million! Yeah, it's such a great console. I can't recommend it enough. Next video will be about why to buy a 3DS so this might be interesting for you as well. Cheers!
Sometimes I like a short interesting game. It's super Japanese, got that real vibe of being a kid in a small country town. I thought the train in the background was cool, and the overall indoor and outdoor environments paid lots of attention to detail. Definitely a masterpiece for an Indy title. Graphics and 3d were really good. Haha you know, preaching to the quire here.
@@artmandigitalj7776 amen! :) the atmosphere of the environment is what I loved the most. It really brought me back to childhood summers running outside with friends. It was sweet and wonderful at the same time.

Definitely attack of the Friday monsters. I think I bought it on sale years ago, a game I completed to the end. For me to actually finish a game it has to be damn good! Xeodrifter is a good game too, especially when you buy it on the 3ds eShop you get it free from the wiiU shop also. Bonus two for one, figured that out by accident looking at my wiiU shop. Beat that one also, it may be on the switch but platforming in 3d is fun 👍

@@manaowls thanks for the ❤️ on my comment. I got some of your recommendations from the EU eShop when I first came to the EU on sale. I think the last major sale was last week ago. Just keep an eye 👁️ on the eShop and perhaps the game you want to buy is on sale.
Hey, I like to collect physical editions, but there´s no way I can get all of those in less than a year... I gotta eat. So, is it possible to download them digital, ONLY to get all DLC and UPDATES so I can then delete de digital version and use physicals? I mean, they too heavy to keep on a 32 SD anyway.
Hey! If I get your question right then yes, it actually is possible to just upload all updates of games in the eShop without owning the games. I did that a couple months ago. You just need to type in 'updates' into the search bar of the eShop and it will show you all available updates. I'm not sure though if this also includes DLCs. Hope this helps! 😊
The only one you need is pokemon picross so that you can mod your 3ds No seriously, DOWNLOAD PICROSS EVEN IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON SELLING OR MODDING YOUR 3DS DOWNLOAD POKEMON PICROSS JUST IN CASE
@@manaowls Yeah I just bought a bunch of them too recently! Figured I’d try to save other people some money since a lot of Altus games still go for full retail price on the eshop. 😭💀
@@PurpleTorchGamingChannel The 3DS is so awesome, isn't it? If you don't have those games definitely check 'em out. There also is a Resident Evil on the 3DS but you probably already knew that. 😅
Hey, I bought a physical copy on Amazon and I think in Europe you still can buy it on the eShop. It's strange that in the US it seems to be greyed out. I have no clue why that is. 🤔
@@jocec.9608 I just used them last week and they work fine. I just double-checked and went to Nintendo's official site, the eShop cards will work until August 29th this year. So we have around 5 more months. Hope this helps! 😊✌️
i know that you are trying to make people dont miss on this games but dont support a closing store. because nintendo likes to test out the market and use that against us the costumers. so please support game conservacy and not market probes
Hi! The way I see it is that from the beginning it was clear that the last generation eShops would be closing as soon as they won't be used that much anymore. I personally are not a fan of digital games and eShops in general, there are just so many awesome games that people could miss out on or end up spending a fortune. I'm just interested in playing and sharing games and not in market strategies or anything else. And since we have a super small channel with around 125 subscribers I don't see myself influencing millions of consumers of a multibillion dollar company. If by conservation you mean emulation, that is something I don't support at all. I always would choose to support a company on official ways. But I hear you and understand what you mean. Video game history preservation is in its infancy and I guess a lot has to happen in that regard. Also, big companies almost never have the best interests for the individual in mind. It's a business which means it's always about money and power. And that is just what is is and what it always will be. But that's a totally different topic I feel and something I don't really have the expertise and passion to talk about. I just want to talk about video games and get to know people who also share the love for video games.
is everything in this video an rpg? some of us don't like rpgs... they have 80 hours of game play for a reason you know.... intensely repetitive gameplay
Hi! Most of the time RPGs tend to be rare and expensive and I also really enjoy them a lot. So this is why I included them in my personal list. But I always try to mix it up with other genres as well. That's why I included Pushmo/ Pullblox which are puzzle games. 😊✌️
I never understood why people absolutely want physical. They take space in your home, they cost more money and it's exactly the same game. Most of the time after you're with the game, the box just sits there in the house and you do litteraly nothing with it.
or just mod the ocnsole there you go nintendo all ready made money on these games there closing down because there not making money 90% off players modded there system so i am good . i modded my 3ds wii and wii u and my 2ds cause off this problem . plus some off these games on your list too much witch is why i hack my console .

Oh, you wait 15 to 20 years. The end is neigh!!
I tried getting Yokai but my 3DS didn't have enough space
There are some deals out there for micro SD cards, maybe it's time to upgrade. ✌️
So how much would I have to spend to all those recommended games?
GET The Denpa Men series before the eShop CLOSES !!
The only one you need is pokemon picross so that you can mod your 3ds
No seriously, DOWNLOAD PICROSS EVEN IF YOU DON'T PLAN ON SELLING OR MODDING YOUR 3DS DOWNLOAD POKEMON PICROSS JUST IN CASE
You can also use a flashcard to jailbreak
Is tales of the abyss available on the European/UK eshop? Because I don’t think it’s available on eshop u.s. I can’t seem to find it.
If anyone sees this, Atlus is having a big sale on mostly SMT and EO games rn on the eshop. Think it ends 4/17?
Thanks for the update! 🙌
Of course I bought all these games last months 😒😂
@@manaowls Yeah I just bought a bunch of them too recently! Figured I’d try to save other people some money since a lot of Altus games still go for full retail price on the eshop. 😭💀
Thanks a lot! 🙏☘️🦉
don’t forget al the pokemon games and pokemon bank
Those look like some pretty great games!
Hey, thanks a ton Torch! Do you still have a 3DS?
@@manaowls Welcome Andy! I have the original and a newer version 💜💙🤍
@@PurpleTorchGamingChannel The 3DS is so awesome, isn't it? If you don't have those games definitely check 'em out. There also is a Resident Evil on the 3DS but you probably already knew that. 😅
@@manaowls I sure did ^-^
Denke auch die Preise für Pokémon ORAS werden auch noch immens steigen.
Where has your channel been hiding from me??
Haha, thanks a million! 🙌☘️🦉
Tales of the abyss is not available to download
How did u grt tales of the abyss on 3ds? Over here in the US I can't get the digital version it's grayed out?
Hey, I bought a physical copy on Amazon and I think in Europe you still can buy it on the eShop. It's strange that in the US it seems to be greyed out. I have no clue why that is. 🤔
@@manaowls ah ok thank you for the info!
@@danielborg6411 Sure! And hopefully you'll get your hands on a copy. Good luck! 🍀
@@manaowls Thank you
I have ykw2:ps and ykw3 as physical copies
My wife has a 3DS…maybe I should steal it lol
On another note, thanks for not cursing. It just comes off as lazy and gross
Haha, maybe share? 😂👍
And yeah, keeping it nice and family friendly is really important to us. Thanks a lot! 🙌☘️🦉
homebrew instead
Tales of the Abyss got delisted. Gone.
Does anyone know of a good sd card that works for 3ds?
The sandisk 64GB Micro SD with the Zelda logo on it currently goes for 17€ in Europe. 😊
"It's never to late when you emulate"
Hi! I have a question. Can I still buy games on the eshop with a nintendo points card?
Hey! Do you mean the Nintendo eShop cards?
Then yes, I'm still using them myself. 😊👍
@@manaowls Yes, e-shop cards.
I asked because I want to buy more games to my 3ds.
@@jocec.9608 I just used them last week and they work fine. I just double-checked and went to Nintendo's official site, the eShop cards will work until August 29th this year. So we have around 5 more months. Hope this helps! 😊✌️
@@manaowls Thank you so much for the information.
Tales of the Abyss is not on the European eshop :/
Oh, that's too bad. Currently you still can get it sealed for retail price in Europe if you're into physical games though.
@@manaowls Just snatched a copy off Amazon for 44,99€! Thanks for mentioning it, I'd have missed it before it rockets.
@@djhabibi04 My copy from Amazon just arrived today. 😄 Glad you also could snatch one. This game on the 3DS will be hard to get in the future.
WarOwl has a brother?
Whoo?
I personaly liked rayman 3ds
Funny Yo-Kai watch 3 yes
i know that you are trying to make people dont miss on this games but dont support a closing store. because nintendo likes to test out the market and use that against us the costumers. so please support game conservacy and not market probes
@@manaowls i knew men. so.. since you still small talk about alternative ways to get games past e shop closing XD. keep it real and good luck
@@badegg1262 You had a valid point there and you left a comment which means you care. Thank a million, man!
Can it be that you´re German?
These games should get Switch Ports.
Hmm… don’t have a 3ds… but I have a psp
The PSP is awesome! Unfortunately the PSP store already closed last year.
@@manaowls noooooo
This is a joke Prof vs pinx it all up 100+$ i can't describe my feeling about this
Yeah, it's gotten pretty expensive. Digital is a way cheaper option at this point. ☘🦉
Fairly decent prices jajaja *laughs in mexican* 😭
Yeah, it won't be long until the last retail copies are gone and then it will be the same in Europe and UK.
is everything in this video an rpg? some of us don't like rpgs... they have 80 hours of game play for a reason you know.... intensely repetitive gameplay
Hi! Most of the time RPGs tend to be rare and expensive and I also really enjoy them a lot. So this is why I included them in my personal list. But I always try to mix it up with other genres as well. That's why I included Pushmo/ Pullblox which are puzzle games. 😊✌️
don't fomo
I never understood why people absolutely want physical. They take space in your home, they cost more money and it's exactly the same game. Most of the time after you're with the game, the box just sits there in the house and you do litteraly nothing with it.
Ownership
or just mod the ocnsole there you go nintendo all ready made money on these games there closing down because there not making money 90% off players modded there system so i am good . i modded my 3ds wii and wii u and my 2ds cause off this problem . plus some off these games on your list too much witch is why i hack my console .
