I see what you mean about medicine not being quite there yet. I'm a med student and I feel like there's so much in terms of tissue and biomedical engineering that's being developed and will have a huge impact in medicine in the upcoming years. Also I know it makes sense to worry about finding a partner, but I swear there are so many girls who will not care because they'll see you as the man you are (so yes, straight girls!). And also there are loads of bi and pan girls who are also cool with it! I can only talk from personal experience, being a cis pans girl I've always been cool with the idea of being with a trans person. Great video as usual, keep it up! x
I agree big time about FTM surgery compared to MTF surgery. Its "easier" to get MTF surgery without really having many scars unlike the tons of scars you end up with when having FTM surgery. You would think they would come up with a way to make a phallus with donor skin and veins . I know now days they can flush all dna and other common issues to donor tissues and organs so they wont reject at all. Lets just hope science catches up for the FTM surgeries so they are "easier" to do like most MTF surgeries are being done .
@kek kek that is true, though I do hope they'll find some other option to get bottom surgery. I know it's hard and that it takes a long time to recover like your arm and legs when they use the tissues, skin and whatever else they need to create the male genital. I heard that it could also be painful sometimes, but it's worth it for the results and to feel happier about your body because it makes you feel complete. I do want there to be another option in the future, I don't care how long it takes. They can take their time to figure out if there are possible other options to do bottom surgery.
@kek kek I know it's kotjing like a male genital but, all I was saying is medical science is evolving everyday. Sooner or later, there will be some new option for bottom surgery. It'll take a lot of years but it'll be something. I'm not saying there will be a donation option, so don't take it that way.
@kek kek Im not a person who can explain exactly how the jew option might be since I'm in not place to say anything scientific. I'm not a nurse, doctor or want to be in the medical field. I'm just hoping there'll be a new option. There might not be, or it will be.
That’s not true, there are many complications for MTF too. People have problem with peeing, loose their urge for sex. Bottom surgery usually goes wrong.
