Unfortunately, there is the only Maya (.ma) version available for the rig. Alternatively, you can use any other quadruped rig for practice. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I think I got it to work now, it's just in my graph window, when I select all the nodes and offset them by 5 frames, it doesn't show the greyed out nodes behind them which don't get moved like yours does. I'm not sure if this is just a different "show" setting.
I'm just dragging them with the middle mouse click plus shift. And also, I am not duplicating any nodes. Just selecting and dragging them. Let me know if you have any other questions.
I used this tutorial for my first attempt at quadrupedal animation. Thank you for making this :)
Used this to animate a deer. The offset was doing my head in! Thank you for the tutorial!

What is it that you're pressing on the keyboard at 11:00 to duplicate and drag the nodes out at the same time please? Thanks

while the different steps helped me to start animating a quadruped, the end result of your animation feels kind of wrong to me, idk why
Animate animal jumping tutorial
how did you make the rig and control and ik happen
The rig doesn't belong to me. All credit goes to Stuart Coutts. It is available for download on highend3d.com.

Sunny thank you!!
do you have a tutorial that show how to make the rig moving forward like it moving through a forest or something
Just do a walk cycle and then choose infinity loop in the graph editor. The rest is a bit of tweaking and you'll have the animation moving forward
