I think the drama Evelyn was talking about was the one called 'Strangers From Hell'.
It's about a guy staying in a Gosiwon(studio room,literally a box). He came to Seoul in a very low budget so it was hard for him to find a decent room. The place he was staying was very scary,crappy and dirty. He had to share a kitchen and a bathroom with the other tenants. But the most horrible part of all of it was the weird and scary as hell tenants. I don't wanna give any spoilers so yeah.

here are some tips I really hope you will consider: First of all, always dress in full covering dresses. Reason 1: If any drunk or general bad guy sees you, most likely you hopefully wont come into their immediate notice, Reason 2: You will be covered so there are lesser chances of getting bitten by some dangerous insect cause there will be a protective layer over you. Secondly, take more than a pepper spray with you. You can even use a pen or keys to defend yourself. Now these are the things I think all of us should must have in our bags when we travel: A soap bar, towel/s, bed sheet and pillow covers, a bottle of water, some snacks and first aid medicines etc. Especially when you are going to such a low rated hotel, it means they probably have zero maintenance. What if your door nob gets stuck and you cant get out for a while? You should have enough to survive.
u can call 911 or 311 if the doorknob gets stuck lol, if someones life is in danger (considering you may not be able to survive without anything handy) then you have every right to call the police so i don't think that would be a big deal lol
@@kittieheart bang as hard as you can. If nothing works try breaking the door or if you have any tool close by then try to take off the hinges of the door. My mom once got stuck in our homes washroom and at the end I had to break the door from the handle side. She was stuck for 2 to 3 hours straight, we couldn't get her out any other way.
