- I found a complete set of LEGO Series 1 CMFs, and today I'm opening them all to build fun LEGO city projects with them in the future! (1-Ville anyone?)

I remember when these came out I wasn't really sure about them. They seemed really weird for Lego to do at the time in my opinion! So I only got one I think, and I got the robot although it was taken apart by my cousin but I think I'll find the pieces if I sort my Legos. I really wanted the demolition man, and I still do and kind of regret not trying to get that one. I think the way they've improved these with more special printing and accessories compared to regular sets has made them make more sense to me.
I only really started collecting CMFs after the first Marvel CMF and after watching your videos starting with the Muppets. Before I’d just grab one not even knowing what the current series lineup was. This video makes me want to go back and collect some old retired CMFs!
I’ve been collecting minifigures for 30+ years and remember when Series 1 of the CMFs were released. You could identify each one from the barcode on the back of the packet... Those were the days! I still have the robot, ninja and zombie in my display collection and have a spare sealed ninja, I think.

Well looks like now with the boxes in series 25 the barcode is back :) ... Just went to a store a couple days ago ... followed the guide and got 5 minifigures that i wanted
@@Philosoparts Yes, indeed. I used the data matrix codes to identify the ones I wanted and confirmed them by weight. I hope the data matrices continue in future series including the space themed one due out in a few months.

i love the older figures btw did the like button keep goin from 597 to 598 over and over again
I never got these when they first came out, but I think I got a box on eBay and was able to get the series that way. The variety was awesome and the Robot was maybe my favorite.

here's an idea to make series 1-21-Ville. you could have Garret get the time machine back in the end of 24-Ville, and then end up going on another time travel adventure to the years when the first 21 Minifig series' were released.

I didn't get into Lego minifigs until 2015. At first I didn't care much for them but they kinda grew on me once I started buying a few here and there.
9:46 theres another head that has a nose. the one with hair on its forehead, big eyes and freckles (as one example). you can search "lego head with nose" and theres tons more.

For the 24 Ville final the Time Machine brings them to like a really fast speed run and then they go back to 24 Ville and then there’s a hug fight between the robot and the 24 Ville characters.

I've actually been building the series in Minecraft (I don't have the funding to make them IRL) But anyways, the stories I've given them have been integrated into my life. So, when you are just like OK, on to the next one, I was like,"But the Cheerleader destroyed the Giggles the Clowns mech and saved 1-Ville! How do you just skip over that?!?!"
