I worked in the hotel and retail industry all my life. I started off as receptionist and ended up as GM. Being a woman, wife, and mother, I treated the hotel my family and home. Caring nature is the key. Yes, assertive speaking is also helpful. The core of successful hotel management is to wear the guests shoes. Only that.
I did as you suggested in my hotel and wore my guests' shoes, however they often berated me for entering their rooms and trying on and taking their footwear. Some said it was so weird, they'd never return. Thanks a lot!
My dad was going to get a job for a hotel manager for a 5 star hotel in Switzerland and God how annoying that he can't become one due to his health issues that he had since the age of 9 and he studied so hard and worked hard and all lost due to that health issue
I working get job also Assistant Manager in sales also become outlet in tamhun Sales Asst Manager in the opening shop event supervisor only sales is good can to be come supervisor only
Yeah of course. In hospitality I find experience, training, honesty, hard works and loyalty help you succeed more than a fancy degree. Most of my staff have no higher education and their almost always my first choice in promoting rather than hiring. Start at the bottom and work your way up. Put in effort and passion and one day it’ll be worth it
If he wants to be a Hotel Baron, he needs to be more passionate about putting his hand in his pocket and actually buying the place....Leonardos rule hospitality. Or DCS.

You don’t work for money, money works for you, but first you’ve got to learn the entire map of a business that you hope later will make money for you
Making everyone perform is difficult but if you do it then money works for you like you said
Good to know Jack Ma
Can you tell me the process
