    Here’s a step-by-step guide to making Cajun chicken pasta with minced garlic, red and green bell peppers, tomatoes, and spinach:
    Ingredients:
    For the Chicken:
    1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
    1 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    For the Pasta:
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    100 grams pasta (penne, fettuccine, or your choice)
    1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
    1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    2cloves garlic, minced
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
    1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
    Red pepper flakes (optional, for extra heat)
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Instructions:
    1. Cook the Pasta:
    Boil Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until 1 minute before al dente. Drain and set aside.(keep 1 cup pasta water for the sauce)
    2. Prepare the Chicken:
    Season Chicken: In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
    3. Cook the Vegetables:
    Sauté Veggies: add 2 tablespoon of olive oil . Add the minced garlic after 15 seconds add bell peppers , and sauté for another 1-2 minutes until the garlic is fragrant and the bell peppers begin a little bit soften. Increase the heat Add the seasoned chicken and cook until browned, about 2 minutes.
    3. Cook the Vegetables:
    Sauté Veggies: In the same skillet, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil if needed. Add the red and green bell peppers, and onion, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
    Add the chopped tomatoes, and sauté for another minute until the the tomatoes begin to soften.
    4. Add Spinach:
    Wilt Spinach: Add the chopped spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
    5. Make the Sauce:
    Combine Ingredients: Lower the heat to the medium. Add the cooked pasta and pasta water to the pan, stirring to combine.
    Thicken Sauce: Bring the mixture to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until it begins to thicken.
    Turn off the heat
    Add the butter
    Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, allowing it to melt into the sauce.
    Add egg yolk
    Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

    6. Serve:
    Serve hot and enjoy!
