Consider getting an Instant Pot 8 qt. pressure cooker, you can saute, pressure cook , and steam rice, and so much more with very little counter space. We love ours!

Perhaps you should look for a US food handlers card website. Have Fatima view it. The idea is not to get her a food handlers card. But to hopefully teach her on why it is a very bad idea to store perishable food without refrigeration.

I will never like the driving I will always have to close my eyes and riding in a car or whatever form of transportation. My husband finally talked me into coming to the Philippines currently after I retire 5 to 10 years I don’t know. Depends on what the retirement age is now and for the best amount of money can’t live on nothing here
