@@Aaliyah23401 all depends on how much the playerbase wants to keep playing the mode. It wont be getting any updates, so i imagine its gonna grow stale
@WhosImmortal For a casual like me and many others I still have lots of upgrades and missions left. I hope if the player numbers are as big as I think they are still, I hope that is enough to keep the servers on
My concern is the weapon attachments
Why did they switch from the mw19 engine? It looked better than everything after (which is actually crazy but a fact), it had much better performance and not to mention the gameplay: bunny hopping, slide cancel reseting tac sprint, no movement penalties. And MOST IMPORTANTLY: GOOD AIMING. No sway, reticle shift, less visual recoil, no stupid vfx, etc, etc. Mnk had a little chance against controller, but not now.
the engine we're on now is the same as mw2019 with tech upgrades. All of those things are dependent on game design choices, not engine

@@WhosImmortalSomebody went backwards with “upgrades”… more like downgrades. You can’t deny it that what we had with Verdansk and Caldera WZ era, it was much better back then, AND we had the elite UI. So much better than HQ and the confusing shit we have now.
I agree with everything but recoil ,aim,etc. It was better but harder imo. Every gun had more unique recoil patterns. Guns had alot more character. Now they're mostly very similar and way easier to control.
It’s very unlikely that I would buy this, SBMM, Crappy servers, Poor Audio are just a few of the many issues that no doubt will still be a problem. I’m sure that this will be another money grabbing unfinished game when it’s released
the gulf war is one of my favorite subsections of history
I'm super excited for this. Cold War was such a blast. Especially the campaign. I hope Gulf War will have the same RPG type campaign where you can choose your responses and that will affect the story

OG MW/WZ UI is the ONE thing that I want back more than anything. The HQ NEEDS dismissed. It’s the most unliked thing they’ve changed.
4 years let's see what excuses we get this time round.😂 The 9o's were the start of some awesome times so let's hope the game will be as well.
Reminder: Mason, Hudson and Woods will not be playable anymore. Same goes for Samantha Maxis.
But Ravenov, Weaver and Carver are likely to be playable in Gulf War.
Maxis is still trapped in the dark aether after Requiem’s failed attempt.
Hudson is dead, Woods is retired and Mason is either alive or dead.

Last two battle passes i purchased barely played. I played rank a lil bit got to plat 3 it just felt repetitive and bored no fresh content just reskinned stuff i payed for already and i sm farely new to the franchise only eight years in. Im playing Hell Divers and Rise of the Rinin having fun there. I essentially bought this battle pass for nothing thank God I had the cod points available. Cheaters left and right. It get old. Ban wave after ban wave no change. They need to focus on the community and less on streamers. I like you mate. Cheers glad to see you growing
The most fun parts of warzone are when there is an absurdly broken meta. But that's only becuase I don't have to try as hard when in a sweaty sbmm lobby

I've enjoyed the return of Rebirth and I look forward to Verdansk, but I hope the devs continue to give us new WZ content as well. Nostalgia tends to wear off quickly.
I'm already getting bored with Rebirth and want Ashika, Fortunes and Vondel to return to the rotation... just to keep things fresh. Even the greatest songs get tiresome when they're overplayed.
My regular squad are already over current Warzone and pretty much aren't playing it. Sucks that it's only April.
Ima be honest...im hoping for a different direction with treyarch being involved. Hoping for a game thats more so made for next gen systems. People are going to complain either way. I want something better.

I step away in 2019 and came back to cod in season one reload of MW2 I just hope Gulf War has better severs and just around the best one because we all know treyarch is the fan favorite of COD
Immortal is a man that will NEVER be forgotten.
Just gotta hope for a solid and smooth iteration.
Things for sure that are going to stick around likely for Gulf War; The blackcell passes they're a staple in these games now and it's not likely to go away.
The current "map" layout for battlepasses let you choose which branch you want to level up.
Operators like it or not have been hugely successful for bundles and passes so that's probably going to still be the case.
The gunsmith with the stats have been welcomed pretty well with vanguard and now MWIII letting you see what actually gets changed is hopefully going to be a staple.
As for everything else it's hard to say 4 years is a long time even if they slightly took breaks in between there's potential for this to be one of the biggest launches for a 'modern' call of duty release. Modern being as it's happening now.
I'm just excited for the historical potential in the campaign and return of verdansk ^^
Hopefully an updated version of the blackout map comes out.
Would be interesting if “Gulf War” will include DLC content for the 2nd Gulf War knowing the game revolves around the 1st Gulf War.

3 years for MW2 is CRAZY considering what we got lol I'm not really excited for a gulf war, just dont want to go back in time feels like you can only do so much with equipment weapons ect but we will see
keeping the catalog of stuff we have acquired over the last few years of cod by making warzone that way sounds like a bad ass idea. It will basically be like world of warcraft where there is the base game that you can always go to (warzone) and then expansions that let you do specific things and collect new shit to use in the rest of the game (yearly cod release).
I've never been a fan of treyarchs multiplayer so im hoping they return to solo round based since lagging out of a match is a pain in the ass

I will be honest and say I am excited for this but I will go in with low expectations. It sucks I wont be able to play as Frank Woods or Mason but hopefully the integration makes good changes to warzone. Id love to see good changes to the performance,Lighting of the game and maybe up the ttk a bit.
I just want the Fara 83 back from Cold War and make it shoot exactly like it did with the same optics 😍 then I’ll be good

Thing with me though is I loooovved MW 2019. So the difference in game style in Cold War never fitted me.
Glad it wasn't the same for others though. They also had prop hunt which is a hilarious game 😂

Poll the community to see if we want integration. I think it’s pointless, the mw3 guns will be garbage and never see any buffs. Just like the mw2 guns now. Start fresh hit the reset button. Warzone is free to play anyway. If you’re cod faithful you’ll buy the game anyway.
Sad to say but this game looks done. From record number of cheaters to losing most of the casual player base due to sbmm and cheats.
This game is for the elite player base now and as soon as the next big game comes out all streamers and elite players will jump ship leaving only ashes of this game behind.
Shame warzone used to be a game for everyone and all playstyles.

I just find the feeling of mw3s mp to feel like a gross mobile game with the stupid skins like that cat space suit and getting turned into pixels and stuff, TBH I don't even care if it's realistic to real life just make the cosmetics and stuff fit the theme of the game and make since to the game universe

There’s a reason people are buying and still playing bo3 at a crazy rate rn. The old style was just better. Cw zombies is like DMZ. It’s designed for new players that can’t play the mode on a more hardcore level.
outbreak was successful and round based was successful. "us youtubers" arent pushing anything, it's the objective reality of what they're doing to provide new gameplay to a mode thats been around for over a decade
