Bryan has better combo damages and Ch launchers, Victor is more mobile and has way more cheese (and his heat smash hits low). And his execution is also a walk in the park compared to Bryan, with similar wall carry potential. But he has less combo damages and plenty of his launchers are launch punishable (atleast by Bryan).
