I love cottage filmed videos. This year I vow to approach new artistic projects like a six year old. Best creative advice I have EVER been given!

I think your paper you did with the new gel pad. Are awesome. You help me so much. I'm so afraid to try stuff sometimes too. You made me feel so much better.

OH MY GOSH!!! I just discovered your channel and I cannot be MORE thrilled! You are probably the most creative and definitely the most diverse artist/crafter on RUclips! You provide it all on one channel! I just binged on all your shorts and I was so inspired by all of your projects: decorating with vintage goodness, furniture transformations, repurposing found items, DIYs, mixed media and junk journals. I know I missed something! Besides all that, you include cat videos! I have only watched this one video and I have to say, I loved your mix of vlogging your day and gelli printing experience. It was so enjoyable to watch! True that - there is so much to learn from children. (I am a retired early childhood educator.) ❤❤❤ from your new subbie from Prescott, AZ. PS I need to tell you that your tinsel tree makeover was stunning. What's wrong with some people! 😢

JR cracks me up. Actually your banter with each other is what makes me laugh! Ok, so not sure of the point of the gelli plates?? I'm thinking it's something along the line of silk screening??? IDK. Guess I'll have to watch your journey w/them & check out other videos. Totally appreciate that we need to just enjoy the process & not expect perfection. My mom was talented like you Lynn (me not so much) & she too was a perfectionist & yeah I've become more like that as well I've gotten older . So yeah, we just need to have fun & be like your granddaughters. BTW Good job on that pillow case Hattie!!!!

Just to throw in here, you can print on many types of paper using acrylic paint or inks. This creates a one of a kind designed paper you can use in almost any application where copy paper or rice paper can be used (journaling, crafting: especially collage, or just enjoyable art). Hope this helps!

Was that a Boston Terrier I spied? They’re the best ! A frenchie would be second best! lol
Love playing with gelli plates. They are so fun and you’ll never get “perfect” on one. The more layers the better. ☺️
