Did u notice the bass improved with boxed up cabinet compared to Open Baffle position?
I'm not using Open Baffle, but i think bass so best than a using open baffle :)
Open Baffle is just give you more air and expanding in soundstage while built-in box is giving you a bit tight bass .. !
What tweeters are you using?
it is a coaxial speaker with treble in the horn.
