@Falconlibrary A funny part of the scene is when Dennis is explaining the separation of powers in the commune and Arthur is like, "Yes, I see..." like he's heard enough of this drivvle in the past!
The editing hurts the comedy, there were skits that either lost the beginning or the end. It just makes me want to watch the film in its entirety for the 100th time.
No! That historian and murder investigation is the weakest joke in the film. And they decided to drag it on and make it the finale... So extremely disappointing. The stuff about moose is worthy of inclusion.
@@lauralide4804It was good for a smile for 5 seconds when it first happenen. But not funny when its repeated, and even used as the climax of the film.
This part actually really annoys me a lot whenever I watch this movie. However, I did notice something recently. The knight who killed the reporter was actually riding a horse.
@@literallyabunchofgrapes3689The reason why the movie ends the way it is, and they included this bit, makes a lot of sense. It was purely about the budget. They basically did not have enough money to do a full on battle so they had to come up with a way to finish the scene, that’s when the cops come in and arrest everyone. Budget issues led to a lot of compromises (like a single camera to film the whole movie, which broke down on first day of shooting) but, at least for me, that’s one of the things that makes this movie so great and unique. If you like the movie I would really advise reading or watching something about the making of it, it will explain a lot about the movie.

How is that an issue?
Right? Love this movie. Every time.
