Justin's defense lawyer here. Great work, Justin. It was an honor to represent you. So folks know, Rollins was under cross-examination for more than 3 hours. There's much more than could be fit in this video. Justin's book has the transcripts in full.

I have lived in USA and am old enough and connected enough to have spent family time in what was USSR.
I will say that people in USA ... today, have been indoctrinated to believe they are 'free'. This is straight up abuse of power and laws being broken by the 'lawmen'.
It's obvious the only reason they nicked him is so that they can flex and continue what is arguably THEIR criminality.
Corrupt criminal conduct. 'Land of the free', until half the Polis there decide you are their business.
China is the free land comparitively now. In USA, absolutely people will believe you're actually guilty just because you got arrested and lacy the attention span to fact check, the Polis who do these crimes should be prosecuted to the fullest, because they are fully aware of what they're doing, deliberate wrongful [kidnap] arrest on trumped up charges, is the stuff of the USSR to most older US Americans, who need to wake up to the reality that the USA 2024, is as bad, if not worse.
      Greetings from Scotland Coby.

Now a question. Is the Officer who has QUITE CLEARLY brought his department and Fort Bend itself into such obvious disrepute still considered employable with powers of arrest ?
If he is, then they are all guilty of failing to uphold their oaths of office ... ALL of they who do not decline to work with an undenbiably rogue 'Officer'.
Other ways to 'ask' ... HOW does a BENT Cop actually GET themselves fired, if Perjury isn't an immediate direct route ?

@@PirateCommander That is what is incredible about this. Justin was the one who had his rights abused by being arrested, preventing him doing his journalism including filming, taking him closer to potential danger and charging him with the false allegations.
But everything now proves the officer lied and did a false arrest but all he gets (so far anyhow) is a grilling in court for 3 hours while he gets paid his hourly salary and no charges against him or punishment

@@PirateCommander This officer was in fact promoted. And this isn't his first time. I had a lawyer contact me and tell me that the officer had been found not credible by a judge in another case. To answer your question -- in some jurisdictions, there is no way for officers to get themselves fired.

I find it crazy that the reason Mr. Pulliam was being told to go across the street was for “safety purposes”, yet he is put in the cruiser, trapped and defenseless and brought BACK to the same place where he was supposed to be leaving “for his safety.”

IMO in North Korea, political opponents are more persecuted by the political police. But I think that ordinary citizens are less persecuted by the police, mainly for cultural reasons linked to Confucianism which is found throughout East Asia (South Korea, Japan...). If Japan is so clean and with so little crime compared to the West it is IMO more cultural than linked to a police or judicial system.

When police commit perjury it should immediately throw out the case. But it doesn't. Proving this is a crime syndicate, Not a system for justice where the truth prevails. Withholding information from a jury further proves the system is in it for themselves for a profit by breaking the law and is beneficial to their for profit cause. When a person is arrested all court material pertaining to the defendant should not be charged to the defendant being court fee's would already cover the costs. Police write a ticket, which is a promise/contract on behalf of a magistrate or a judge for you to show up in court. The judge doesn't care what the cop has to do or does so long as they get people before the court. It's all about the power and revenue and how much they can milk from those they bring before it. Criminal acts by police are excused by saying the officer was just doing his or her duty. Catch and release slave system by a well organized crime syndicate.
