How to make a Christmas Elf Deco Mesh Swag

This tutorial can be used to make a swag for your door or a center piece for your table. I have a few extra tips in the video that you will love also!!

You are a great and patient teacher. You have great taste and it shows in the colors you put together. Your wreaths are beautiful, but I have one comment about the final product. These wreaths are over embellished and the beauty that was, was covered up with too many other products. All that work with the mesh is hidden below. The ribbons are hidden as well. The decorations on top hide everything below that was stunning. But what I take away from the video is instructional integrity, good taste, great tips and outstanding imagination. I am glad I've found you and will never pass up any tutorial you produce.

The video was long but so worth it! You are such a patient and good instructor. I made my first wreath and it's for Halloween and I noticed that the mesh does fray a bit. I enjoyed watching this tutorial to learn about different methods of using the mesh and it looks like it will cut down on the fraying. This wreath would be cute for a family that does Elf on the Shelf at Christmas time.

Love your videos, you do amazing pieces. One correction crafters make when measuring is they say to start at one and measure out to the desired length but actually you start at 0 or the edge of the measuring device then measure out to desired length, your technique is right just saying incorrectly not a big deal I am just OCD. I hope you post more of your great videos real soon.

Hello Rhonda: I watch all of your videos. I am trying to make a cowboys wreath for my son and I can not find any wired ribbon. can I use regular ribbon and if so how do I do it.
maecal2 yes for football wreaths that’s the ONLY time I use regular ribbon. It’s more like the paper ribbon. And I just cut it 13 inches and do it the same way I do the wired ribbon .:) Let me know if this helped.
