Honestly... I like them about equally. The Tajima just a tad bit more because I had it first and it holds a steady speed when stitching where the Bai will slow down at intervals depending on the design. But the Bai... I love the stitch field so it handles bigger items
The Sai soes come with software, but I was already using Embrilliance, so I never learned the software that came with it. I have not used the cap driver for the Bai, bit flat stitches on each macine are pretty much the same.

Quality of stitch really is the same. Proper tension was my key to good looking stitches
