6:58 GFCIs do not contain fuses. They are shock-preventing devices that detect leaking current and shut off the power if there is such.

Can you cut existing lights and add these "extensions" ? So you dont have lights going from one eve to another.

As long as the existing lights are cuttable, yes, that's a great use of zip wire, to prevent having lights or empty sockets running through spaces you don't want lit.

I bought glass c9 lights. It’s recommend I use two 24ft strings per outlet. If I ran this set up for 8 strings. could I add an inline tab after every two strings with out overloading the one string “lamp” cord? 😅

Hi! If you're unsure about a specific installation situation, it's best to consult an electrician. They can give you answers based on your exact conditions.

Just bought but wondered if sp2 self heals at all? Planning on c9 roofline and was wondering how planned I need to be for project.
I really want to use as extension cords around yard but the squirrles/animals chew so much of our green wires from lawn decor I worry they will chew this.

Squirrels can definitely be a challenge. Unfortunately, they'll chew almost anything, including wires and extension cords. You can search online for protective measures to try, like repellant sprays that are safe to use around electrical wires, or protective coverings. This zip wire doesn't self-heal.

If you’re lighting LED bulbs and using quality, properly gauged wire for your display, you have no concern for fuses.

you NEVER tape your plugs, that only hold moisture in!
