James Clear has changed my life positively. James' practical easy- to- apply small tasks, will make everything possible in life. For example, I have been hating doing accountancy or paperwork as an entrepreneur. Since I have changed my "environment" (as it's written in James Clear"s book atomic habits), I have been learning to START every day. Now I'm doing the paperwork DAILY, without great effort. I'm even starting to believe that I'm becoming the person I wish to be: doing my paperwork daily with EASE. James Clear is one of the best motivational mentor and self-help masters on the market. Change your life without great disciples. I just listen almost every day James Clear"s shorts at RUclips to reprogram and brainwash my mind positively! My rating for the book atomic habits : ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Leon

Also, going slow and steady is key, not rushing or having intense expectations. The workbook called 30 Days to Reduce Stress by Harper Daniels is cool.

Read the book. Was a great read. Even though people might think it sounds obvious, having a clear-cut methodology/guide is always a help. Highly grateful to the author for going through simple things in such an informative manner.

I just finished the book and honestly before I read it, i saw many summaries online even from the author himself lol but trust me you want to read the book. It's great. I started doing pushups and running little by little

I just realized that James only outlined 3 laws to make habits: Make it obvious, easy, and satisfying. He forgot about making it attractive. At least he mentioned it at the end for breaking habits.
