Makiwara Training Machida Karate Academy @ Manhattan Beach Traditional Karate-Do

Nishiyama - Makiwara training after an exhausting Friday night class taught by Lyoto Machida. After 21 months training with the Machida's I am so grateful for the experience, the lessons learned, the new friendships made and the opportunity to bring my performance up to the next level. My classes have been mostly with (Chinzo) Machida sensei, followed by (Lyoto) Machida sensei and then (Yoshizo) Machida sensei.
