Speaking of "functioning brains".....if you've seen trump at his rallies in the last several months, he is showing clinical signs of dementia. Over 27 well known psychiatrists have made a diagnosis based on his speech problems and inability to sometimes

This is great, we are so fortunate to have Jamie Raskin in office.
He makes statements that are not true as if they were proven facts., he guesses at what Trump was thinking and treats his guesses as facts. He calls his opponents names like cult members which is a logical fallacy of name calling. He takes things Trump said and twists them to fit his narrative. Like so many Democrats and liberal media members he has called Trump and insurrectionist so long that he thinks it is a proven fact which it is not. He says that you don’t have to be convicted of insurrection to be discredited as a candidate. He said that insurrectionists from the Civil War did not have to be proven guilty. That is a false equivalence, because the two things are not the same January 6 and the Civil War were not the same, and as such as using another logical fallacy. All in all he is very knowledgeable and intelligent but his arguments are very flawed. This makes him dangerous because he presents his arguments as if they are absolutely true.

I have never forgotten that Jamie Raskin showed up on January 6th, with his family, right after the devastating loss of his son. He was there because he felt it was his responsibility. He is truly a patriot.

In Illinois (and some other states) you can only vote for a write in candidate if they have filed to be a write in. Otherwise, your vote does not count.

His education, elegance, and eloquence not only showcase his incredible skills as a public servant, but his down to earth personality makes him perfect for this series. combined with you, Brian, I am grateful and tuned in to each episode. this needs to be picked up as a main network and aired nationally to educate those confused by lies, but also the willfully ignorant as well.

You should listen to the arguments and questions to the supreme court over these questions. Raskin is not deep diving on this subject from the legal standpoint or relevant case law. Raskin is also misrepresenting many nuances of these questions.

Get a backbone. Trump has been found guilty by the court of public opinion 3 times. He won't make it to 200 electoral college votes. Biden will be declared landslide winner even before the next day, Nov. 6th, when vote counting is resumed. We'll know by then that biden blew trump away.
