My kids told me the one from the restaurant taste better. haha.. But, after I add in one secret step, now, I don't have to buy from outside anymore!

So I need to remove the first boiled water of soya bean?! No wonder my soya milk smell is bad. :( I used electric soya maker so I just put the bean after soaking overnight (of course the soaked water is thrown out), put new water and then strained the result. I bought premium soya bean, but the result is just bad & so different with convenience store brought which is tastier! I will try this tip next week. Since I just made the current batch yesterday. Hopefully I would get rid of that beany smell. It would disappoint me very much if my purchase is a failure. 😢
yes correct. The first boil need to discard. I used to have the soy bean machine too which is very convenient but ya, it taste bad. Try this and let me know
