This message is so in line with my intuition. And it's so true that the darkness is stuck in its pattern, wanting to escape, but not yet able. I've discovered and rediscovered this so many times with different forms of darkness. It's like we have to experience it in a variety of ways before we can see how universal it is.

(looking at why I had been doing that: shouting at others when "my needs weren't met" - not that I was expecting others to do what I want, but when I tried to get things going and when I was frustrated or couldn't accept it didn't work or even just not fast enough 😂). Then I was acting a bit like you described how the dark is working... 💡 Light bulb moment here 😅

Absolutely! I'm in that pocket of grief as well. I heard this phrase the other day that resonated, it was that "grief is love's souvenir." Liked the perspective on that. Things needed to go the way they went so we can become they way we need to be. Sending love!

We have experienced such things in our family, with somebody coming in with her darkness and throwing lots of dirt on us. Our son is still under her control, beeing loyal for the price of blaming his own mother, knowing it is all based on lies. We are in germany, sorry for uncomplete english.
