getting my contractors license after the first of the year. this trailer has everything i'm looking for with the tools and additional packout i will be acquiring. I LOVE THIS LAYOUT!!! GREAT JOB
Awesome trailer, I think a lot of us would love to see you go through each organizer/box in depth and see how you sort things. You’re clearly a super organized guy. Love the trailer
This trailer is absolutely amazing!! Incredible work! It’s clear you’ve spent hours thinking about this and executing! Organization is kind of my thing, and all the Packout containers and clear cut layout scratches that itch in a big way! And the red and black foam on the inside! Exquisite! Pat yourself on the back! Easily the best set up I’ve seen by miles! And being in a trailer makes it that much more amazing! Beautiful work!
So glad I watched this. I'm aiming to build a packout drawer-based toolbox. I wanted to top it off at first with a decently sized top-loading packout box, but with all the drawers I want, it'd be a little too tall and difficult to look/reach into. But then this guy shows me Milwaukee makes a friggin CABINET packout module. God damn, man. I love me some fuckin Milwaukee.
I love it! I bought a couple Milwaukee Packouts after watching a comparison video and I really like them. After watching your setup I am excited to buildout my shop like this. It’s a total mess right now and drives me nuts. A place for everything and everything in its place is the only way to go. Thank you for sharing.
And this is what every garage I’ve set out looks like in my head before I start and I end up with something completely the opposite haha, relocating tools about 5 times throughout the same Process. Love the video my man
Super cool, just got my first packout boxes today and i'm imediately wondering what's inside the container, lol. they all look the same, that's the only downside so far for me
Looking to do a similar build with packout shelves. But the original e track doesn’t let you put a drawer system on in what e trac did you use to make it work?
You didn’t spend much time on the ceiling. What material is it and how did you fasten? Did you just use the thin plywood that comes on the walls to mount everything or did you install better plywood
@@steveposey8373 it’s foam insulation. Just glued it and taped the seams to add some r value. The trailer is upgraded to 3/4 plywood walls. Most of the racking system is fastened through the plywood into the steel framing.
Impressive setup but couldn't be bothered getting a big box down to get to a jigsaw or angle grinder. Drawer would be a good compromise if you don't access too often im my opinion. Keep it up though, very organised indeed
Do you feel any difference pulling the trailer with more weight on the left side? I was going to build a Ron Paulk design trailer, but after seeing this, I might change my mind.
Nope, it’s actually pretty heavy on the other side we put the aluminum plank up top and all our fasteners etc. I haven’t weighed for balance but the tires tell me it’s even 🤣
You don’t think I own something like this and leave it unlocked right? We have redundant monitored security, trackers, tags, cameras. If this thing so much as gets breathed on the police and myself are on the way.
What size is your trailer I’m thinking about doing that, that’s a great idea just take it to the Jobsite👍 The only problem I have with that trailer is that everybody will be going in there grabbing tools.
Nope, I prefer to have visibility on our batteries. Having them filed in each tool box would be inefficient in my opinion and we’d lose the clear inventory of the rack being full. We also don’t have designated batteries for each tool, we just grab and charge as necessary if that makes sense.
Clamps? That how we had it in the last trailer. Been slacking on making a hole for those because the decking clamp adapters we have on most of the bigger ones make it hard to clamp to the ceiling.
I been seeing a few carpenters with plumbing and electrical supplies on board the trailer. Is one of your team licensed or dont you need a license ? Maybe get away with small jobs? The elctricians and plumbers are not reliable so it be nice to do some of that work myself as a carpenter .
@@ericamundson4700 we do low volt deck lights and the occasional sprinkler repair but that’s about it. Don’t get me wrong, I can do a panel swap and worked as an apprentice years ago but I stay in my lane usually. My house is a different story 😂
I can’t figure out my daughter watches videos of people playing games. Then I watch videos of how people have their tools organized! 😂
🤣🤣🤣

It's beautiful in there🎉🎉🎉
Great set up! Love the "OnlyDecks" hoodie design. That's great!

We are setting up to do a new walk through because we’ve made a bunch of changes since this video 😅 I’ll surely do a full run through
Impressive trailer. Well done. And I like that you’re sticking with the continuous improvement mindset. Keep it up!
Appreciate it mate

Blown away. Amazing build. You're set!
Thanks!! We actually have an updated walk through, I’ll post it up soon.

Best trailer I’ve seen yet, the only thing I’d change is to put in a computer to the right of the fridge and microwave.
Laptop works well!! We have an iPad in there on a mount now for our plans
Very nice trailer! The amount of packout is impressive. A label maker is always a great idea for at a glance tool identification.
Everything is labeled now. I was just holding out to get everything placed before I started printing them!!

Nice set up Ravin.
Bro sick trailer set up from New Zealand. Love seeing pride in your craft. Wicked channel. Just followed 👍🏽
Awesome setup. I would have a well-hidden GPS and a backup Apple Airtag on the trailer just in case the worst things happen!
Great organization! Looks awesome.
Thank you!
Looks great!
Great setup, love it
I would be happy with that setup/. Good job!
Nice work!!
Be really cool to see how you mounted all of this within the trailer!!
Shit is lookin RIGHT bro🤘🤘

Appreciate it. This is also like the fourth version, and now there’s a fifth.. 😅
Amazing!
Thanks!
If Milwaukee only made label makers!!!! 😂😂😂😂
Luckily she’s all labeled now lol. That was the product of me loading all those tools in new boxes the previous couple days so pretty confusing
WOW!!!! That is a nice MF trailer!!!! That would make job sites a dream to work on.
If you have the height stand the cut up vertically, you can nest two sections together and it will take up minimal space
I’m considering it. Maybe a sliding door so I can hang our hoses and cords in front of it?
@@ravinbuilders yeah I had dedicated space for the cuthub but eventually had to rework the area to make it more efficient for space
Milwaukee needs to start selling all the hard case tools compatible with the packout
@@freedomcanada8397 agreed
😂😂😂😂😂
Maybe they should sell toilet tissue as well
Thats a nice setup you got there. Just gotta get those labels on there. Maybe you do already, gotta see if you have a new update.

what is the shelving bracket system call that the packout bases are mounted to?
What system did u use on the walls for the shelf brackets? Awesome Trailer
I don’t get why didn’t you open the fridge. You always open the fridge. 😂
Probably empty like old mother Hubbards cupboards

Did you have to reinforce the walls to mount the shelves too.

What are the red Milwaukee things on the wall in the wall mount brackets at 12:23?
What did you use to mount long hand tools on the ceiling?
Sinoking rubber clamps

Yes!!
So amazing set up.whats cost and info on solar set up?
Sorry I missed this. It’s an expert power setup around $2500 all in
For the cost of the packout plastic pullout boxes witch won't last you could of bought a nice roll cab tool box with wood top.
