Finishing up the River A-Frame Cabin! Preciate y’all following along! Been a fun little construction project to build on our river property! Next up is a pole barn!
Damn. This A-frame is a work of art. So simple in design yet quite intricate. Looking in to one of these for a family member as a dream cabin/ retirement cabin. Will definitely be using this as a baseline aspirational design guide for the endeavor. And yes, i may look simple but i can guarantee this was an endeavor for one or two people to build. True craftsmanship. Period.
You're a gentleman, a craftsman, a carpenter extraordinaire, and an absolute miracle worker when it comes to getting stuff done. You have my earnest admiration. And one hell of a fishing and hunting cabin.

I never saw a small house like that which is so well designed. Every square inch is used to it´s fullest potential, from the position of the stairs to the sliding doors etc. If I ever build an A-Frame myself, this will be my source of inspiration
That's not throwing stuff together that's a masterpiece and I wish I could do what you did. Don't cut yourself short that's a beautiful house that any of us wish we could atleast stay in for a night.

Well done time for some noodling now making more memories especially with Hannah you guys are a blessing to watch I miss my Dad something terrible he and I were very similar I was maybe 3 years old elbow deep cleaning ducks. "Throw things together"? Shoot, I can't even build a decent home with lincoln logs. This A-Frame looks great. Would love to have something like this out in the woods just to get away from all the city folk and stress. It looks so comfortable!
