Bom dia a todos, eu passei por um procedimento cirúrgico bem parecido porém o meu caso eu estava com quatro ernias de disco na coluna lombar então foi removida as ernias colocando próteses no local entre as vértebras e oito pinos (parafusos)de Titanium procedimento bem dolorido, mas hoje após dois meses da cirurgia levo uma vida normal fasso minhas atividades diárias como caminhadas, exercícios e as atividades do dia a dia só não retornei ao trabalho porque segundo o médico o prazo de recuperação para o osso colar no outro e de quatro meses mas não tem dor apenas um pouco de limitação em alguns movimentos.
Fiz uma cirrgia na L5S1 há um mês, estou andando bem, desde a segunda semana e não sinto dores. Foi feita ALIF pela frente, porisso a recuperação foi rápida. Fiz na AACD em São Paulo, com o dr. Raphael Abílio.
I would like to know the quality of the material and if there any issues like rods cracking and screws loosening or the cage not being big/wide enough for the space its expected to fill? Can you shed light on material make up and what the guarantee is on these devices, I'm facing this procedure in my future and I don't like the prospect of returning because of failure. The M6-L is a much better choice, in my opinion. If you just look up something like "approved lumbar disc replacement prosthetics" you should get a list. Only a few are available in a given area - there's only two available in the US, and both have nickel in them (i'm super allergic to nickel, so i'm going overseas to get a nickel-free one implanted). This video is also ten years old, so it might be that this tech is super obsolete now

Como disse nos comentários, tem um mês que fiz a cirurgia e estou muito bem. O dr Raphael Abílio é neuro ortopedista e me passou muita confiança em todo o pré e pós cirúrgico. Sinceramente, sou muito grato a toda equipe dele. Não fazer a cirurgia por ser jovem, tambem pode ser um equivoco, pois temos melhores condições cirúrgicas, depois não sabemos como estaremos.

scimg, there are different approaches. There's the XLIF that is a lateral approach. There's ALIF that's goes through the abdomen.

Fernando Cândido Martins fui operado em lisboa, Portugal. Colocaram 2 parafusos no sacro e 2 na L5, depois 2 barras para fixar a L5 ao sacro (S1). Ja fiz 5 meses pos cirurgia e ainda sinto os parafusos. Ha dias bons e outros menos bons mas as dores que tinha antes ja não tenho

Eu sei q o meu caso o médico disse q eu tenho q fazer cirurgia fui ao cirurgião e ele optou em fazer um bloqueio pq segundo ele estou nova e isso é de risco Mas não entendo estou com tanta dor e o médico me afastou do trabalho fui despedida as perícias me reprova o INSS do mesmo jeito não sei oq fazer só tomando medicamento sem poder fazer nada e não sei acho q vou morrer pq já não aguento mais até travada já fiquei e não consigo resolver esse problema...e difícil mas eu queria saber oq devo fazer ?
Experimente o quiroprático , se não funcionar , deves consultar outro cirurgião
Como disse nos comentários, tem um mês que fiz a cirurgia e estou muito bem. O dr Raphael Abílio é neuro ortopedista e me passou muita confiança em todo o pré e pós cirúrgico. Sinceramente, sou muito grato a toda equipe dele. Não fazer a cirurgia por ser jovem, tambem pode ser um equivoco, pois temos melhores condições cirúrgicas, depois não sabemos como estaremos.

Been begging my doc to do this to me. He said no way in hell. It's to invasive. So here I sit in constant pain and can't do shit. E.r. and pain doc say I need that surgery. I'm currently looking for a new spine doc.
