Blackpool Tower Takes Over!

Blackpool Tower travelled 60 miles in-land as it took over Leeds and Manchester city skylines last night on a one-off tour of the North - beamed 200ft up landmark buildings, the famous seaside resort's iconic Tower was projected into the minds and hearts of passers-by - unannounced!
Passers-by were treated to a spectacular visual projection, bringing a slice of Blackpool Illuminations fun to the land-locked city-centres, a world away from Blackpool's usual family-fun, sea-side setting of sandy beaches, Pleasure Beach rollercoasters and fish and chips on the pier.
