there's a few ways to change your line art colors in clip studio. I prefer to work non-destructively, so I use a layer above my line art with a clipping mask. Then I use the lasso tool to select the areas I want to change the color of and fill. You can also just use a brush on the clipped layer, but I find the lasso and fill generally faster for me. You can also alpha lock the line art layer and select and fill the areas you want to change. I use this if I am working on a piece that is not for a client, or sometimes if I want all the line art to be a color other than black.
