- New bow from Freddie Archery, koreanbow.com
Nomad, an entry level Korean bow, I tested the 48” version.
A great bow which performs awesome, looks great and feels good.
With the bow I got some beautiful bamboo arrows, which you really need to see :)
Thank you Freddie for sending this samples.

i bought this bow (48 "with 35 pound) when i started shooting with my thumb. for me it was the perfect beginner bow.
It's such a quiet😶 bow, me likes that very much. Beautiful arrows, would love them in white with snow owl feathers.
Thank you Armin.
Danke
I have the 53'' with 35lbs at 31''. It can be drawn smoothly to 34''. In fact it looks cheap, especially the tips, but there is a lot of knowledge in it. At the moment they are sold for about 160 Euro in Europe. So you cannot do anything wrong :-)
but i can only see 30 pound here? isnt the one in the video 40 pound?
I like how quite it is. Seems to be a nice performer
I have one of these in 48" 40lb on its way to me now 😊 my first thumb draw bow ever 🤗.
Love your videos man thanks for sharing your passion and knowledge.
Another nice Korean bow. Seems to perform well. Price isn't horrible as long as there's service after the sale( as in warrant issues). Arrows are nice to but the price for them is to rich for my blood! Thanks for another great review as usual my friend!
Very good review, I have two of these bows both 55 #, their performance is fantastic.
Another beautiful bow, those bamboo arrows are really pretty, kind of expensive though
At least finally a review from the bow that my father buy me,!!!! From the master armin
Great bows for their price. Got the Kaya Winfighter, 3X Kaya Firefox and now this Nomad KTB, as I wanted something longer :D.
You really do love Korean bows, don't you?
@@RoyMcAvoy They are just a fraction of my collection. Right now I have 26 bows. Throughout my 20 year "career" I had over 50. Most of them were won during tournaments. In the club I lead we have well over 150 additional bows in total ;).
Hello armin , i want to use this bow for hunting deers what kind of arrow do you think xan work ?
Looks very much like my Daylite Monarq. Is it the same bow?
I have a 53 , 40#, and it’s really a funny & robust bow... for beginner it’s perfect...
Just bought second hand (near new, less than 100 arrows) at 45# 28”. Throughly enjoy it. :)
I just buy The Nomad Kingdom (the grey one) with 40# and the bow have an amazing accuracy... thank u for the review, mbah Armin...
mbah arwin? 😂😂😂
Great review what thumb glove are you wearing?
Also Bow from Freddie Archery, in addition to appearance and price, what do you think is the difference between NOMAD KTB and AUTHENTIC KTB II? Which one do you recommend?
Authentic :)
Very nice for the price i wrapped mine in birch bark
What arrows you recomend me for this bow?
Hi freddie
I have requested many times for the missing part of my bow.
The black plastic part.
Freddie said:Dont worry about it
I'll send it to u
I'm still waiting for the shipping for 3 months
Really disappointed!!!
Sometimes people need a little reminder :)
@@ArminHirmer it was always like
It will be despatched next week.
I have send an email and all my details for the shipping
Hoping I wnt be let down this time
Hi Armin.
How long should the protective leather last?
I've been shooting with it for three months now, and it's worn out.
I use him intensively and started this type of archery with him.
Thanks for the educational and entertaining videos
Best regards, and "Alle ins Kill" ;)
Mine is still holding but I don’t shoot that often. Better get a good thumb ring the
I want this bow so badly. I'm Korean-American. I don't care about it being exactly authentic. Just needs to shoot nice and this clearly does. It's between this and the black shadow for me. The color design is slightly different on the site though. Maybe different stock?
Yes maybe
What's the max draw length for the 53" 60lb nomad KTB, and recommend arrow weight?
Max draw for the 53" version is 34/35" according to a store I trust.
What was the poundage marked on the bow limb? Thanks so much
Can i dye the brown material thats covering the bow?
Love your dad jokes🤣🤣🤣
Is it possible to shoot using a slavic draw with 48 inches length of the bow?
Sure
Compare to aj archery korean fiberglass, which one is better?
both good
@@ArminHirmer I mean in term of shooting experience between fibreglass and laminated. Which one is better?
DissaPOINTing 🤣 Armin is in form. Nice bow, but you can order it at a much cheaper price, average 150 USD. Unless it's a different version, but it would then beg the question, whether it is worth 100 bucks more.
Yup😂, or this zinger, "you could get an arm guard or learn how to shoot properly."
Funny stuff.
Wear can you order this bow for for 150??
Its a nice Bow. Is was my Fist korean Bow. I Like it
Do I need a nock point for Slavic I want to become more accurate?
matter of proper training, but I guess it helps (even Mihai is using one)
@@ArminHirmer I agree, for ground shooting, good practice to know where you nock naturally, horse archery having a nock is one less concern to worry…
Great review as always armin. I was wondering, what is your everyday use bow? And do you add nocking points to your everyday use bows?
at the moment I really dont have a everyday use bow :) every week new bows. With some I do, with some not
28 meters are perfect for kyudo.
Wow! This bow is really silent! Nice! ☺️👍
Luckily you had finished your review, when the workes started getting noisy- otherwise we wouldn’t have heard the silence of the bow ✌️😁
Thank you so much for the review and getting up so early for us! ☺️🙏
Haha do my best, thank you
Which one has less handshock nomad ktb or buck trail flint please Mr H?
Nomad
Do you like this or the Segye better?
I prefer the segye optics, performing wise both nice
I find this bow very interesting. Which is strange because I like English longbow as well ( not that I have ever shoot either one of them I just find them both interesting) But I don't see anything wrong with making this bow with its shape but as long as a longbow. it wouldn't be a horse-bow then but it would be interesting for a foot soldier I think. ( not that I have any idea I have shot any bow only about two or three times in my entire life but I think this design paired with longer bow would be just as good as design of this bow or design of a longbow)
12:14 oh the same black cat. I wonder if it's your cat or a stray
Silent ninja bow right there and beautiful!
Oh, where is the Cheonji bow review?
will come maybe way later.. sorry to disappoint
@@ArminHirmer haha don't worry, there will be a next episode for Armin Hirmer Archery :)
Poor Armin, all these monster bows that you must shoot😂
hahahaha yeeees at least you understand me :D
What a silent bow
All I need to know... I need a video for...
The absolute Cheapest... High Poundage Bow...
Unless it's a metal folding one. Like that piece of crap that looked like angle iron.. crap.. but any other type...
I gotta know. SUPER CHEAP. . . SUPER HIGH POUNDAGE DRAW
Build one out of pvc pipe, I made a 75# Turkish this way and it cost me 2 dollars
Possibly the ugliest bow ever. A parallel strip of springy material, with leather and stickers glued to it. That's how to describe this bow.
Compare with a nicely sculptured bow and you will see what I mean. I looked at these, and I just cant get any connection with it, because I like my bows to look like a smooth flowing piece of craftsmanship. Like an AF archery Tatar, Assyrian, or Alibow Kheshig. A good part of pride of possession is the beauty of the item. That's my opinion anyway.
Do they paying you to promote this junk?
I don’t get paid, why is it junk?
