I disagree with some things in this theory. The fact that X-Men Legends 2 uses the ultimate looks for the characters I think was done because they most closely resemble the looks of the X-Men uniforms from the movies. The Savage land in that game is the same as in the 616 universe, not an illusion created by Scarlet Witch like in the ultimate universe and this game uses a lot of Age of Apocalypse characters that didn't appear in the ultimate universe period. Nick Fury being black I feel is a minor continuity flub the same way that Thor in MUA1 has his ultimate look and Nick's cameo in Legends 2 is so brief that you wouldn't be that distracted by the change when you move over to MUA1. The choice to have Thor with his ultimate look is inconsistent within the game it appears in because there is a statue in Asgard that is of Thor's classic look you can use to skip a combat segment if you hit it with lighting.
I disagree with the placement of UMVC3 in between MUA1 and 2 because characters like Iron Man and Captain America reference Civil War and Hulk if you happen to fight Dr Strange, references WWH. The former happens in MUA2 and the latter happens after MUA2. Dr Doom talking to himself is just something that the developers threw in there for laughs and isn't cannon. After all, if you talk to Jean Grey after you rescue her as Nightcrawler, he has no idea how he escaped the Masters of Evil. The only explanation Jean can come up with is that the Nightcrawler that the villains have captured is a clone. Does this mean that conversation is cannon? No!
My explanation for why Dr Doom is in MUA3 is because of Road to Civil War. It is established in MUA2 that some comic events still happened like Titanium Man's attack on the wight house which is from the comic I am talking about and of course Civil War. In Road to Civil War, Dr Doom comes back from hel to get Thor's hammer and reclaims Latveria after Von Bardas has been killed. After he fails to get Thor's hammer, Dr Doom sits on the side lines as Civil War unfolds. He felt he had no reason to bother getting involved with the debate.
The only point I agree with is Nick Fury Jr taking his father's place in 3 because MUA2 established that some comic events still happen in this universe. Speaking of which, Spider-Man is still married in the MUA universe. He does still help the pro-registration side in MUA2 but he doesn't publicly unmask because the story doesn't focus on him after Secret War. If he didn't publicly unmask, Kingpin doesn't find out his secret identity, he doesn't send a sniper after Peter's loved ones, and One More Day doesn't happen.

@Conrad Ferrus Of course, as a writer I think that making Nick Fury change his race is a *terrible* idea, but if someone told me paranoid super-spy Nick Fury decided he needed to become a black man to make his cover identity more believable I wouldn't think that it was super out of character for him... I'd just be thinking that I hope the writers know what they're doing because that's a *really* hard thing to do tactfully.
@Conrad Ferrus Honestly the best example I can give of it being done without being absolutely cringeworthy is Tropic Thunder, but that's because the world treats it for what it is. They take every opportunity to call themselves out on it, and they never pretend that Robert Downey Jr's character is *really* black. Having characters like Luke Cage or Falcon call Fury out on it, and making sure that is nothing more than a disguise for Fury and not "this is me now, accept me as a black man" would be a good start.

But I think it was Thor, Dante, and Strider who stopped Galactus. With Captain America, Chun-Li, and Spider-Man stopping the Super Skrull.
Nah nah. Clearly, it was Ryu, Wolverine, and Hsien-ko that stopped Galactus. Deadpool threw them a party afterwards that sort of destroyed most of the downtown area.

A very good theory i love the idea you had marvel vs capcom being part of the same continuity honestly i am surprised that the writers of the first game didn't think to write the future dr doom as kristoff his adopted son. Btw there is something i think you might have forgotten one thing Jarvis was a human in ultimate alliance 1 and in 3 he is an A.I.

The Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1-2 take place in Earth-6109.
The X-Men Legends games take place in Earth-7964.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 3 has yet to receive a reality number, but is unconnected to the first game. And seeing how everything in Marvel is canon (comics, movies, tv shows, etc all have a unique number.) Maybe it's possible the characters crossed realities?
But, still a good fan theory!

Regarding having two Furies in one continuity: can’t the white Fury have a black wife and have an interracial bloodline that leads to black Nick Fury? I wouldn’t know how strong that mixture would be since I’m from a white family. But I think it would be interesting to explore to try and get both Furies in one storyline.

And since apparently the next episode of Canon Ball could be going over the convoluted cluster-fuck that is the Drakengard/Nier timeline to give you an idea of how convoluted that timeline is here's the entire timeline in somewhat simple terms. All of the endings in Drakengard 3 are somehow interconnected and somehow lead into the events of Drakengard, Drakengard's first ending: Ending A leads into the events of Drakengard 2, Endings B, and C leads into who knows what, and Ending D leads into the events of Nier, and Neir's endings are interconnected somehow and lead into Nier Automata with Nier Automata's first two endings being the same only seen from a different perspective, as they both lead into the events that result in Ending C, but after replaying the final battle between A2, and 9S as 9S you can get either Ending D, or Ending E, and somehow the upcoming mobile title Neir Reincarnation is tied into Nier, and Neir Automata some how, then we've got Drakengard 2 which happens after the events of Drakengard Ending A, and all 4 endings of Drakengard 2 lead into who knows what. And that's as simple as I can explain the convoluted mess that is the Drakengard/Nier timeline.

Honestly, I wish you guys could do a redo where you guys could actually figure out if Ultimate Alliance had a timeline, by using the lore from each of the three games’ extra content, rather than a late April fools joke.

You should try this same concept with the newly released “Marvel’s Avengers” and Marvel’s Spider-Man on PS4. Perhaps even throw in some other games like High Moon’s Deadpool and Ironman Vr.
Marvel Ultimate Alliance 1: An awesome game that spans nearly the entire Marvel Universe where you get to fight various terrorist organizations and villains, you go from Atlantis to Asgard the Shiar to the Skrulls all culminating in a battle with a godlike Dr. Doom who's taken over the planet, slowly destroying the universe, has an army of Iron Men and corrupted super heroes at his beck and call.
Ultimate Alliance 2: Literally the Civil War comic with an invasion of Latveria and a nanite story thrown in and we don't get to see the full battle with Galactus, just barely hear about it.
Ultimate Alliance 3: Literally another story of the heroes trying to get the Infinity Stones because I guess Infinity War and Endgame, the Avengers Cartoon, MVC:I and the comics didn't beat that dead horse enough.
I imagine Ultimate Alliance 3 will also not be very original and just be another rehash of what is popular in the MCU, adding only well known characters with a heavy bias for MCU and likely no lesser known characters like the first one had with people like Moon Knight who I didn't know until that game and I think it was a lot of people's introduction to Deadpool as well. I used to be excited for the MCU but now I despise how much its tainted everything, everything has to be like it from their games to their cartoons to even the comics itself. The MCU had nothing to do with Ultimate Alliance 2 copying Civil War, thats its own unoriginality but my point still stands. Honestly I was excited about 3 up until I saw it was about the Infinity Stones and then seeing some cutscenes it just looks really lazy and just focused on what is popular instead of trying to do something interesting and expand the Marvel Universe like the first game seemingly did with showing off various bits of it. Hell, the fact that they had Spider-Gwen, who's from an alternate reality instead of a character who belongs in the 'normal' reality of the Ultimate Alliance world shows they just did what is popular. Ultimate Alliance 1 is one of my favorite games as a kid, 2 wasn't as fun to me and I have lost interest in 3 and with everything I have heard of from Marvel when it comes from their products, basically that everything has to be the MCU now, I have no interest in anything they have full control of. PS4 Spider-Man was awesome, but then again that was allowed to have its own story focused on any Spider-Man villain the creators wanted and not limited to the MCU Spidey villains or whoever they wanted to promote in the movies...minus Silver Sable.
MysteriousTomJenkins actually while Ultimate Alliance 3 does lean into the MCU the game still feels like it tries to be about Marvel in general. Especially with picks like Crystal, Elsa Bloodstone, and Thane. Even character design wise the look of the MCU only inspires some characters like Captain America while others look more like their comic book appearance such as the X-Men and Inhumans. Even it’s DLC tried to focus on other parts of Marvel Universe outside of the MCU. I feel like UA3 is less of an advertisement to the MCU than you give it credit for.

What's the bet that was a quickly cobbled togther plotline so that when some randomer picks up a comic for the first time and hears someone mention "Things haven't been the same since Tony and Natasha died" they think "Oh yeah like Endgame" or else just so as not to confuse them by having Iron Man or Black Widow still alive thinking "Wait I thought these guys were dead?"
But then again the trope of dead characters comic back like it's nothing is worse now than ever. "The Death of Wolverine" was hyped up so much only for him to be back within the year.

I like Marvel Nemesis Rise Of The Imperfects it's underrated I believe the game inspired the Injustice games that was a real dark Marvel game.

Rise of the Imperfects has nostalgia for me but I can see its flaws. Honestly I loved the new characters they added, especially Hazmat and Wink but I do also remember the game being kind of frustrating and I forgot some of the plot like why the main villain was doing what he was doing in the first place and even the tie in comic has me confused about that aspect. Honestly this game just needs some tweaking and it would likely be better received.
Only thing I dislike about Rise Of The Imperfects is the Marvel characters dying or being being defeated to easily when they suppose to be powerhouses but other than that I enjoyed playing the game back on the PS2 and XBOX.
Idk about you guys but my big takeaway is that 19 year old Dante and ultimate Aliance Thor met
