Rad!! Waiting on a ‘special package’ from Matt LeCroy now 😉
I may be needing to get the rest of the like now so there may be one in my future 😅
Great video Vargo! Thanks for showing these I love the pop n swap feature, sculpts and characters. I missed out on the kick-starter but I'm very interested in getting these.
Thanks for watching. I think I saw they will be going up on their website on the 16th
My Kickstarter batch arriving this week, looking forward for it! They look awesome!
The videos that I have watched of these have given them good reviews.
Hello. From Spain, Europe.
Why is so hard to buy these figures?
Since they are made by an independent toy maker and in smaller quantities they are only available at BigBadToyStore and their website WhiteElephantToyz. For many of these smaller toy companies its harder for them to find international distributors
@@Mvargo97 ok.. thanks for the update.
Really excellent review! I definitely appreciate the extra features on these figures, the swappable heads, hands, and feet makes for easy customization. I like that!👍
Cool review I finally got to finish it. This was the project I knew the least about so thanks for filling me in and they look really nice. I need to pick them up soon
Yeah this one hit early for me too compared to some of the other KS lines. That’s why I didn’t pick up the whole series.
awesome Review bud!
Thank you!
Got mine yesterday!
Which ones did you get?
Will these be available anywhere? I did not know about them and missed the KS. Thanks!
They should be available on BBTS at some point as well as there website whiteelephanttoyz this month too
The figures are cool but I feel like it’s so weird to sell essentially nearly every figure “twice” Hellgard and Dr Diablo are literally the same figure but are sold under two names. Same with Skullgard and Cairn. Same with Nomad and Valkyrie… am I wrong about this?
So from what I recall the extra head was not part of the initial KS. Seems like something they realized they could add without increasing cost so they just threw them in
Just feels like an odd business choice and as a collector it confused me lol. Especially since there are no filedards except for Shadowblade.
Just so I’m not crazy, there is 100% nothing different between your Nomad and Valkyrie?
@@GearsLGLF just the head that came on the figure. Otherwise you wouldn’t know which you bought
@@Mvargo97 thank you
$25? Looks like Lanard quality.
The figures look/feel good, but I'm Very Disappointed that they used ball joint legs instead of the Original leg screw format. I like to play with my figures (& anybody else who does, know, the most Frustrating/Irritating thing is leg joints getting loose & popping out all the time.😠 I was excited for this line & even pre-ordered from bbts & the Kickstarter. I'm hoping they will read this comment & go to leg screw format. For now, I'm cancelling my preorder. Nothing personal. Damn ball joints!🤦🏾♂️
I think the decision to go for ball joint legs was for the sake of customizing. They made a lot of choices to allow us to swap parts between figures but I could understand why you would worry about its longevity
@@Mvargo97They went too far with that concept, and they took away a very important thing. Leg screw format avoided the popping off & we could still change legs(because of the back screw). It's not only longevity, but I spent money on figures I really wanted, and can't enjoy them. Very Disappointing!🤦🏾♂️
the package s art is not as good as the figures to me.
dark blue, something is missing, an highlight or something.
I like the globe concept, but the fig pic is not exciting.
it needs more polish.
the figs is where the art and design really hits.
all look rather good, and switching parts is def the key feature here.
I only did it once or twice with my Joes.
but doing that has been on my mind for a while now.
it s great to build armies.
but I d also apply it to weather uniforms, arctic, jungle, desert, night.
I d just need about 20 heroes s heads, and switch bodies to convenience - missions.
I did nt see how many weapons each fig has, but they d need at least 2.
1 for the leader of faction, and 1 for troops.
if the uniforms look cool, I d totally live with 8 characters 4 factions just 4 types of bodies to start.
it s a minor loss to dismiss one head x fig - purchase.
once you have the 4 leaders, the rest are just troopers.
I might even go straight to vehicles afterwards.
bikes, jeeps, tanks, transports, helicos, small boats.
I d keep the focus on ground battles, and med - small combat zones, no planes or big ships.
perhaps the same models with dif colours and logos to start.
I d only add 1 fig x faction x year, like officer bodies with a major bludd [example] head extra.
it would leave a lot of time for a guy to build 4 solid armies.
I d really aim at $5 - 10 Can a fig though, perhaps I d go 2'.
me, I d buy that, in stores, at a decent price and in numbers.
now, it s classifieds, and close to have what I wanted.
so now you know...
good show bro
Figures are cool. The card art and layout tho... yuck
The card art does leave a lot to be desired unfortunately. But I’m an opener so it’s not the end of the world for me
