Your Venture Bros videos have been something that I've looked forward to every Sunday for the past year. These videos are insightful, and your voice/demeanor has a relaxing quality to it. It's sad you probably won't be doing Venture Bros content anymore, but it was still very fun while it lasted. I loved your videos, and I love "The Venture Bros".

If you think about how Mantilla is technically Hank and Dean's biological mother through donating her egg cells to Rusty, then that must mean that Force Majeure is their biological grandfather too.
This might recontextualize the ending of "The Revenge Society" and be the reason why Dean is its rightful heir to the Guild. Not due to being a descendant of the Venture line as assumed but through Force Majeure. I assume both Hank and Dean are both considered rightful heirs since I recall Hank is the older twin.

Some of us (me) are old enough to have immediately understood the "vo-dee-oh-doe-doe" reference from the iconic _Laverne and Shirley_ TV show. It's obviously a euphemism for sexual intercourse, and my friends and I used to say it all of the time when we were kids. Not sure that we _really_ knew what it meant at the time.
When Bobbi St. Simone is shown in her glittery get-up (dancing at a club after washing out as an actress) when she first sees Force Majeure, she is dressed as the Marvel Comics character DAZZLER.
Don't know if you noticed but follow that bikini also has a reference to the old original "the nutty professor" movies.. the scientist looks just like the main actor with his bowl cut and goofy smile. The band with the gorilla also looks like a reference to a 60s pop band.. but I'm not sure which one? Maybe the monkeys?
Its possibly a reference to all the "Teens plus an animal solving mysteries" cartoons from Hanna-Barbara in the sixty's. Maybe Maguila Gorilla? There were like 20 of them, and about half had the group as a band
I think it was more so that the material was going to replace bricks as a building material and he needed to eliminate the threat. not to make his bricks indestructible, he likes the old fashioned red bricks. BRICKFROG!
Before your videos, I thought the Venture Bros was "pretty good". I would watch the show casually in the background, and I liked it, but didn't get why it had such a devoted following. But now, man, I'm in for life. The ridiculous number of references, callbacks, and just overall depth that you get into in these videos convinced me to rewatch the show, this time treating it with the same consistency and attention that Doc and Jackson put into it (and you put into the Ventureverse guide). I'm so happy that these exist so that even as late to the Venture fandom as I am, I could still feel like a real Venturoo in time for the movie. I love the Venture Bros Fandom, I love the Ventureverse, and I love.. The Venture Bros. Go Team Venture!

I've seen it and it was only average compared to their best episodes. The Season 4 finale was the best and I prefer to think of this show going out forever with Samson gleefully going into the fray of another super science screw up set to a song that really fits. Man i really hate to be that guy esp so soon after the feature but VB not the same around say, post-prom. Or post Halloween perhaps. The characters all end up the same, acting the same, doing the same things and end up being blood relation. That's not good writing, that's not the stuff that kept us from s1 through prom. I'll use Dermott as an example, but there are many. He was such an interesting char, so different and such a counterpoint to the goody-twoshoesism of the boys. Showed them how to be bad. Was out of shape, metalhead etc etc. But by this season, he's just The Next Brock Samson, or even a meld of samson & venture blood. bah. spare me. I've often called this show the best ever written, any genre, live action or not. But, I can't say that anymore, except for maybe S1- halloween special. the rest, is ok, it's not bad and has a lot of stuff I love. but it does not get near that level of greatness. Same old story I guess. but... it COULD have been better those last years.
