That wire is for the hybrid system and presumably carries a very high voltage. If you want to disconnect it I would strongly suggest turning off the hybrid battery system. There is a physical switch behind the rear seats, so you would have to remove them. Check out my other video about the hybrid battery to see specifically what I am talking about. It is also worth noting that I am not an expert and you should proceed at your own risk.
Okay decent video but a couple things that are unnecessary. First of all no need to remove the throttle body and second is no need to remove the cowl panel. Just creating unnecessary work for yourself but good video
