I cried so hard when they yelled out their kids names as Aidan and Sally. It was such a good show and its sucks it only has four seasons. Very emotional show. Loved it very much.☺😢😨😵😥😭😱
The cast was offered to have a season 5 with a much lower budget. But they decided to keep it at 4 seasons with high quality. I also wished for more seasons and would have loved to have a S5. But it's a choice the actors/writers made to make it a big scale/epic season 4 as the last one rather than a season 5 with a lot smaller budget. It is what it is. This ending is SO BEAUTIFUL though. Definitely ends the series on a high note with a lot of hope.
This is probably the only show that was cheesy, but the perfect cheesy, and predictable but just the perfect predictable. Loved the way this show ended, wish it went on longer. Really fell in love with Josh, Aidan and Sally. Best Trio. Had a lump in my throat watching this scene.
you either end a series with a happy ending... or you continue long enough to see it become How I Met Your Mother. Even though I wouldve loved for the series to continue the ending was beautiful.
Oh lord i know I know right. Well it doesn't necessarily have to have a happy ending but rather a fitting and satisfying ending. How i met your mother had none of it.... I really enjoyed this ending though.
How right you are. I loved the show but unlike some great shows, you (in this case, BH) have to know when to "bow out" gracefully. MASH, All in the Family, and Mission: Impossible were 3 of my fave shows of the 1970s but they all were around for TOO LONG...one could tell the writers/producers were running out of ideas/stories and the shows ended almost being shadows of what they were.
This was a great show but honestly I felt like as of season 4 they were running out of ideas. I'm glad they ended like this instead of dragging it through the mud and ruining it.
Spiritx1992 no when shows get less ratings and views than other shows that are popular, they are forced to be shortened and canceled. Also because of budget issues..They didn’t end cause the producers were running out of ideas.
This is without a doubt the best ending ever written for a show ever! Too bad it didn't last longer though...I absolutely loved the characters and the story lines.
Krispy Karriem yeah, when shows don’t get enough views, or have budget problems they get cut off and the producers are forced to cancel and shorten it. Sucks. Fuck ratings and views if it’s still somewhat watchable, then it deserves to be longer. Definitely ended way too soon. It was good while it lasted though.
every great story ends. the book closes. this was a good goodbye. i will miss them like they were friends of mine. but that's when i watch my dvds again. in that sense they will live on forever.
I loved this show. Sad it's gone now. I kinda hope that the whole thing that Josh said, about thinking it was them "dreamweaving" to be with them is true. That we can still interact with passed loved ones in life. It sounds dumb, but thinking my dad can still tell me he loves me, even in my dreams, are almost magical.
As much as I love the UK version, the USA had a better finale. After the main characters left the UK series, it just wilted. It never quite had the same charm. It wasn't awful on the whole after but it didn't have the same charm. The UK ended was painfully awful and left me feeling unsatified. The USA one was consistently strong and the ending was was wonderful. I did have affection for the UK web series spin off of Being Human called Becoming Human. It was set in a high school and featured Adam the eternal teenager from Being Human. Worth checking out here on RUclips. Wish they'd made more though.
Only just seen this video, tried watching the US version but it being almost a direct remake early on turned me off. The show was unfortunately cancelled, sl they did quite a good job at wrapping it up and their final scene wad removed. I really always wished Becoming Human would be a full series, when they released it again as a movie I realised it might not and maybe the stars ae too big for it now (and older so might not work for vampires=
They have very different tones and intentions. The UK version is darker, and very much about the struggle of 'monsters' to maintain humanity being drawn in parallel to the everyday struggles of ordinary people. The US version is closer to just being a supernatural sitcom, which has its merits but equally I'm not that surprised the Boston Herald called it a "pallid remake". It's a bit like the UK Vs US versions of the Office. The UK version is overtly about the existential nightmare of meaningless, low level white colour office work. That's not me reading into it, that's the stated intention behind it. The US version changed that core essence because Americans tend not to like, or at least studios don't trust American audiences with, melancholy or non-happy endings. It's a curious phenomenon. Other examples include American studios asking for an alternate ending to the movie Brazil, which has a dark unhappy reveal ending following a hallucinated happy ending. Terry Gilliam, American born but a naturalised Brit, declined even they threatened to pull backing for his movie. Eventually Gilliam willingly tanked it, kept his vision intact and the movie bombed though became a cult classic hit. Another example is Will Smith movie I Am Legend. The original ending shows the reveal that the vampire like monsters have emotions, and complex social structures, and they fear Smith's character. He is the monster, and it ends with the sober acknowledgement of this as he lets them take his test subjects away while he bears a look of shame on his face. This didn't test well with US audiences so they used an alternative ending where instead Will Smith dies a hero and there's no moral ambiguity or dark introspection. Overall in every example the darker versions better written, more poignant and more meaningful, but there is a lot to be said about the value of something just being satisfying and enjoyable, so it's certainly not wrong for anyone to prefer an unambiguous happy ending. I will say however that the second half of the UK version of Being Human is almost like a sequel more than a continuation of the original story, but I adored Hal as a character and he was cast just perfectly.
I could never get through this episode without crying. Hearing their children's names, I cried even more. This was such a beautiful show. And the final episode was just as beautiful.
This was truly a magical ending. So beautiful. I'm a huge Nora/Josh and Aidan/Sally fan. I'm so happy both couples ended up together forever. Love won in the end. That's lovely to see. Although, yes, I would have loved to see Aidan/Sally alive. But at least they ended up together in the afterlife. And Josh/Nora finally found true happiness and 2 beautiful children.
if cancelled this series, why not make a series squeal to this ending, like seeing what is Nora and Josh's new life now, need to know more about their kids, and even more better, show more werewolf transformations because there arent much of it in most episodes. Does anybody agree?
I already made a similar comment on the "Aidan's Door" video, but this was a great ending to a great series. It's too bad they couldn't go on a few more years thanks to NBC Universal cutting their budget, but I respect them for deciding to give us one more GREAT season instead 1-3 more "okay" ones. Even if they did go on, I can't see how they could have topped the way they wrote this ending. This is one of if not my favorite TV series of all time, and I'll always miss the chemistry shared between the characters/actors. Great closure, just wish we could spend many more years with these people on our screens! But hey, I'm getting all the seasons on DVD anyway!
Great Show, Amazing Cast, Great storyline and what an awesome ending. I'm just saying a lot of writers fall short when it comes to an ending but they did it right.. Closure!!!!
I cant believe they named their werewolf kidz after Sally and Aiden. I gotta admit, when im an adult, i want the samething happen to me like Josh and Nora
There are some scenes that just make you cry but the more you watch them, the less you cry each time. Somewhat annoyingly enough with this that hasn't happened. This end was so beautiful I am trying so hard not to cry too loudly but God they ended this perfectly.
It takes a lot for a work of fiction to make me tear up, but damn if this last episode didn't do the trick. This whole show got to me more than I expected, even from the first episode.
I know since Nina, George, Annie, Eve and Mitchell died the series had a bad ending, And with Alex, Hal, Tom they weren't great, Tom was fine though. I honestly think it was stupid that all main characters died. And seriously they hid Ninas true death, that's...just weird, cause you wonder next episode, were's Nina? You find out she's dead, then you're like"um ok..." It's kinda sad that they all died.
I've come up with conclusion this is a better ending than the more depressing/ambigious ending of the british show, I know there is this debate which version is better, I think each has pros and cons over each other imo.
It really wasn't even cancelled, I mean the writers and other crew members were planning to end the show anyway. The final episode was already written and filmed before that announcement was even made. So Syfy saying it was "cancelled" was pretty stupid when things were already wrapped up before then.
everytime theres a series finale to anything I wish there could be more to explore like is getting "your door" a 1 way thing can you ghost back and visit your loved ones ?, and 2 despite the happy of this ending will Josh and Nora's kids inherit the werewolf thing , and is Josh's out of control werewolf thing really perminatly fixed or not?
When he shouted the name Sally and Aiden I just broke down those are my two favorite characters oh my God I loved the show with all my heart I really hope that they make a second one like being human with grown up Sally and Aiden with old and grandparent like Josh and Nora and they become Ghost Hunters to try and find other people like them. Like if you agree
I absolutely loved this ending and cried my eyes out. But am I the only one who was worried about them napping with the two toddlers roaming around outside? Just sayin'!
Who the shit watched their kids when they were wolfing out every month? I'm just wondering...or are both the kids wolves too? And how does that work? I need some fanfiction up in here.
Both kids are werewolves because the parents are werewolves. Remember Brynn and Connor from Season 2? They were purebreds, meaning that both their parents were wolves, and therefore, so were they. It's kind of how it works in this show.
also, purebreds dont have to be born from both wolf parents... if they are BOTH werewolves and they have children, 100% chance kid will be a purebred. but, i think maybe its 50/50 or maybe even more even if one parent is only a werewolf. like how when the first time nora was pregnant, the baby was a werewolf (you could tell because the baby was growing really fast).. sadly there was a miscarriage..
This TV show was great. Great character development and dynamics, great plot & twists, and great bittersweet ending. I just finished it. One thing though: how come Sally was able to freeze time and not suffer the consequences ie go back in time? Wasn't it witchcraft? Secondly, how came Sally & Aidan get together by the end? Hasn't Sally's soul been sacrificed for Aidan to live as a human? Why would they meet on the other side of Aidan's door? I have an hypothesis for the last question, other than that, I'm pretty much clueless.
Not really, this was indeed a satisfying ending. They all overcome their pain and curse, and ended up living or dying happy at the end of it all. Let's just say, their curse was finally lifted, no longer they hate what they are, but live pass their inner monster selves, and found true love, happiness, and peace. Josh now made peace with his wolf, and accepts who he is and now is married and has 2 beautiful children. Aiden finally found someone who accepts him for who he is and looks pass his mistake, his vampire curse is gone and finally got his honourable death. Sally finally has found love as well, and moved on to heaven that she has been wanting for so long, she's earned her doorway to heaven. Nora finds a nice caring man that she's been looking for all her life, and he's someone she can rely on, not get physically abused and threatened, and she escapes her old broken home life.
NOOOO I AM really Sad that this show ended ....Loved it Not real....What Happened To Sally &Aiden .... THAT DIDINT NEED ADD THAT PART:) Disappointed with the Ending :(
Sally and maiden moved on so they are together now, Josh and Nora have moved on too live there live and one day will meet there friend again. It was a beautiful ending.
I cried so hard when they yelled out their kids names as Aidan and Sally. It was such a good show and its sucks it only has four seasons. Very emotional show. Loved it very much.☺😢😨😵😥😭😱
I know right, it’s so cute and memorable. What a wonderful way to honor them.
We know that reincarnation is a thing in this world. What if Aidan and Sally got reincarnated into Josh and Nora's kids that were named after them?
i cried so hard too 😭
Fun fact: those are actually Sam Huntington's (the actor who plays Josh) kids. They're so cute!
Sam Huntington is Aiden
Mark Uchiha no that’s Sam Witwer
Mark Hodges Aidan and Josh have the same first names, but no, Sam Huntington is Josh.
No shit, never knew that
This is probably the only show that was cheesy, but the perfect cheesy, and predictable but just the perfect predictable. Loved the way this show ended, wish it went on longer. Really fell in love with Josh, Aidan and Sally. Best Trio. Had a lump in my throat watching this scene.
@Mooky Blaylock Reread his comment please.
I warmed up to Nora eventually, too 🥰 love this show
you either end a series with a happy ending...
or you continue long enough to see it become How I Met Your Mother.
Even though I wouldve loved for the series to continue the ending was beautiful.
Oh lord i know I know right. Well it doesn't necessarily have to have a happy ending but rather a fitting and satisfying ending. How i met your mother had none of it.... I really enjoyed this ending though.

I cried so much when the named their kids aidan and sally
This show made me laugh, and cry until the end...This show made me feel human.
I know the feeling bruh
same here.
This was a great show but honestly I felt like as of season 4 they were running out of ideas. I'm glad they ended like this instead of dragging it through the mud and ruining it.
+Spiritx1992 They had a budget so it was squeezing a season 5 or having a better season 4 and I really love the way it ended

I just burst out crying when they revealed Josh and Nora had named their kids after Aidan and Sally.
me to
It’s a great way to honor them and their memory of day.
Same!…
We know that reincarnation is a thing in this world. What if Aidan and Sally got reincarnated into Josh and Nora's kids that were named after them?
That moment when the show ends and it was your entire life
Sally & Aiden
I loved that Sally and Aiden ended up together
Catherien Brown me too, that was a perfect happy ending for them too.
This is without a doubt the best ending ever written for a show ever! Too bad it didn't last longer though...I absolutely loved the characters and the story lines.
Lol I'm a guy and I'm not gonna lie when the show ended I thought I was gonna cry.
Krispy Karriem I'm a guy too and I cried so it's alright man
I did. Especially when they said the kids names. It hit me in the feels
Krispy Karriem yeah, when shows don’t get enough views, or have budget problems they get cut off and the producers are forced to cancel and shorten it. Sucks. This was so your typical fan fiction ending in the best way. Captured so much essence of a good ending for a great series
As much as I love the UK version, the USA had a better finale. After the main characters left the UK series, it just wilted. It never quite had the same charm. same but i liked the series finale of the UK Version my favorite characters were Hal And Tom

awwww :( atleast they ended it like this and not like a cliffhanger, pretty damn good ending
I could never get through this episode without crying. Hearing their children's names, I cried even more. This was such a beautiful show. And the final episode was just as beautiful.
Did anybody else notice that it became so iconic when Josh says Aiden throughout the whole series he just does it so good
This was truly a magical ending. So beautiful. I'm a huge Nora/Josh and Aidan/Sally fan. I'm so happy both couples ended up together forever. Love won in the end. That's lovely to see. God, this episode really turned on the waterworks for me; this wrap up was done so, so well and I miss the show, truly, miss it.
I miss being human so much love th the series
Omg they named there kids adain and sally 😢 😊 made me cry watching this episode which there were more seasons though love this show 😁
I started crying when Aidan and Sally were reunited ;___;
Best series finale ever. I cried the first time watching this.
Puts tears in my eyes
1 of the BEST ENDINGS FOR A SERIES I HAVE EVER WATCHED
if cancelled this series, why not make a series squeal to this ending, like seeing what is Nora and Josh's new life now, need to know more about their kids, and even more better, show more werewolf transformations because there arent much of it in most episodes.
Does anybody agree?
SuperiorSpyder SpideyFan it was good how it ended man. It leaves room for people to make their own ending.
What a great show honestly. I remember watching this back when it was still on syfy.
I already made a similar comment on the "Aidan's Door" video, but this was a great ending to a great series. this is awesome sally and adain are together
this ripped my feels out of me entirely
Great Show, Amazing Cast, Great storyline and what an awesome ending. I'm just saying a lot of writers fall short when it comes to an ending but they did it right.. Closure!!!!
I did cry... a lot. I still do
I cant believe they named their werewolf kidz after Sally and Aiden. I gotta admit, when im an adult, i want the samething happen to me like Josh and Nora
Same :D
Josh and Nora banged hahahahha!!!!!!
I always cry so much.
I can't believe that Aidan died...
same.. made me feel human, i cried again because of the kids names..
There are some scenes that just make you cry but the more you watch them, the less you cry each time. Somewhat annoyingly enough with this that hasn't happened. This end was so beautiful I am trying so hard not to cry too loudly but God they ended this perfectly.
the ending made a good show into a lot of people's favorite show.
I am so sad that the last scene is just that... the last scene
Oh God, this ending is so good it hurts.
I think it cute how they named their children after their friends its so cute😢 and sad that their friends died why did they have to die.
Thanks for the upload! (:
A call back to Aidan playing with Issac. Great show .
best moment ever, I actually cried at this scene and it really makes you happy for life like Aiden said "every little moment "
This ending hit my heart.
It takes a lot for a work of fiction to make me tear up, but damn if this last episode didn't do the trick.
This whole show got to me more than I expected, even from the first episode.
I loved how they named ther kids after there friends who never would
Be able to come
Back
One of the most satisfying series finales I've watched
Josh and Nora's children are actually played by (Josh's) real life children
I watched this episode at 12 am and I could not go to sleep because I was so upset and I had a math text the next day
Best ending ever. Period. Fat lady sings. The goat of show endings. Aiden, sally, josh and nora 4ever.
Me too it was a good show tho sad it ended
OMG they name their kids after them oh my gosh that is so sweet😤😤😤😤😤😤😚😘😘😚😘😚😘😚😘😚😭😭😭😭😭
Just rewatched it and omg still being tears in my eye especially aiden and sally
At least Being Human US had a better ending for the original characters.. So sad it didn't work for the UK characters
I know since Nina, George, Annie, Eve and Mitchell died the series had a bad ending,
And with Alex, Hal, Tom
they weren't great, Tom was fine though.

And seriously they hid Ninas true death, that's...just weird, cause you wonder next episode, were's Nina?

It's kinda sad that they all died.
so fucking sad :(
We know that reincarnation is a thing in this world. What if Aidan and Sally got reincarnated into Josh and Nora's kids that were named after them?
Best ending to a tv show ever.
Nora ist so beautiful
This is so cute, I just started watching yesterday but I can already say confidently that I LOVE Josh. He is just such a sweet character 🤗😃
ı miss you guys :(
I've come up with conclusion this is a better ending than the more depressing/ambigious ending of the british show, I know there is this debate which version is better, I think each has pros and cons over each other imo.
Literally balled my eyes out on this part
SyFy made a bad call by cancelling/ending this show
Be thankful they didn't end it in a cliffhanger
It really wasn't even cancelled, I mean the writers and other crew members were planning to end the show anyway. The final episode was already written and filmed before that announcement was even made. So Syfy saying it was "cancelled" was pretty stupid when things were already wrapped up before then.
Diego Vigil Coterranovaugh
this is the one show that kills me every time
I cried so hard at this damn finale
i swear i cried when o heard the kids names
Currently Sweet same here 😭😭😭😭
Currently Sweet like i was teary eyed when nora called her sally but as soon as i heard AIDEN boom i started balling
everytime theres a series finale to anything I wish there could be more to explore like is getting "your door" a 1 way thing can you ghost back and visit your loved ones ?, and 2 despite the happy of this ending will Josh and Nora's kids inherit the werewolf thing , and is Josh's out of control werewolf thing really perminatly fixed or not?
I bet they would've but the show got cancelled so they kinda rushed it.
tell me about I thought it was rushed to gof from "Its because of you my 'son' is dead" to happy happy
shit i did cry..
Of course those are their names! That's what they always do!
The show worked so much because as cheesy as it sounds u loved those characters. Aiden, Sally, Josh and nora.
Am I the only one that thinks it irresponsible for them to sleep in the woods and leave their kids unattended? Lol
*Sally is killin it in that dress!*
Are Josh and Nora still werewolves? If they still are, then that means their kids are werewolves to!
were pups!! cx
Yes they still are
Almost cried
Beautiful ending! just finished the final season and so happy they ended the series with such a nice scene like this.
awwwwwwww
Both kids are werewolves because the parents are werewolves. Remember Brynn and Connor from Season 2?
I'm sad but happy.
Like if you agree
song at the end?
ahh the english being human is better on so many levels....
The UK version was boring to me
Song?
I absolutely loved this ending and cried my eyes out. But am I the only one who was worried about them napping with the two toddlers roaming around outside? Just sayin'!
AnnaRose1286 haha the kids are purebreds -they'll be fine
Who the shit watched their kids when they were wolfing out every month?
I'm just wondering...or are both the kids wolves too? And how does that work? I need some fanfiction up in here.

what is the cast going to do now?
well i hope they make a star wars force unleashed 3 not for the game its self so Sam Witwer has work the game would be nice to
This TV show was great. Anyone know the ending song for this episode?
Aww im sad when they call thier kids sally and aidan
Aiden and sally end up together?! ❤️❤️
this should of been how chuck ended....
such a poor way to end it all
much better ending than how i met your mother.. -___-
Not really, this was indeed a satisfying ending. They all overcome their pain and curse, and ended up living or dying happy at the end of it all. Herbert Pervert I felt everything was way too rushed.
NOOOO I AM really Sad that this show ended ....Loved it Not real....What Happened To Sally &Aiden .... THAT DIDINT NEED ADD THAT PART:) Disappointed with the Ending :(
at least they have a happy ending (to them anyway)
Sally and maiden moved on so they are together now, Josh and Nora have moved on too live there live and one day will meet there friend again. It was a beautiful ending.
sad
