One of my brothers best friends growing up was taken after a long ass battle with cancer. His final journal entry read, “The sun will rise tomorrow.” My kids only recently introduced me to Yungblud and I haven’t caught that line yet, but it gave me chills now hearing him talk about it. And during a rough time for myself now, it’s very uplifting to hear.
I love how beautiful "damaged" humans are.

I really needed that advice today. My dad passed away in February from lung and brain cancer and I still have my moments of just realizing he’s gone and I just cry.

My father passed back in Oct 2009. those days still come. The pain never leaves, you just learn to live with it a little better everyday. Like is said "the ball keeps getting smaller but still rolls into the button from time to time". Sorry for your loss. I hope you and your father had a wonderful relationship. My father and I were still working on ours.
@@Swamprat1976 we did when we were able to see each other. My mom was very controlling and was jealous of our relationship so she made sure for us not to be able to visit each other. Suffering from depression, it hit me really hard when he passed so I really appreciate your advice. Also, know that at least you were working on your relationship with your dad before he passed and that’s a lot better than nothing.
I’ve been going through the most difficult year of my entire life, starting with losing my mom at such a young age and totally unexpectedly, then being diagnosed with a very rare kidney disease that’s had me hospitalized 6 times now and having to deal with all of it on my own with little to no support from my family. I’ve spent the last week in tears and tonight was no different so the fact that this popped up tonight and right now couldn’t of been anymore perfect and was something I truly needed to hear and I’m gonna do my best to remember this every time I’m having a bad day. So thank you Dom! 🖤

Losing your mum is something you never get over but the pain will diminish over time. I lost mine 35 years ago, when I was still a kid, and I still miss her, now. We only have one mum. I’m sorry you are hurting, friend. Be kind to yourself. What you’re going through is hard. 🖤💖🖤

Our first camper got crushed last year inthe snow from the trees there’s was snow and trees on it and I had to go to ky aunt while they went and got out as much as they could but lucky we got a bigger brand new camper and it dated safe this year and the old caller we say a picture of it on Facebook me and my mom cried my dad was like we’re gonna have to call the insurance place and yah then our car got hit a little bit at Chick-fil-A got rid of that and got a new red car and all my pet fishes died and my grampa died when I wa sun fith grade my nana is still alive her dog just died last year and a few months ago my aunt and uncle and cousin had to put there so down a couple days ago becuase she could barley wa all breath or eat or move she was using the bathroom on her self we got to hug her before they put her dog down my cousin stayed with us while it happen and we went and saw her dead in the box me and my cousin cried it was there kid and we both cried and we wrote on the box how much we love her we put her favorite things in there and put her blanket on her and covered the box then they went and dug her outback of their house 😭😫😩😢☹️🙁😕😣😖😥😓😇🌸🖤🤘 rest in peace to all of them
