今天會大家說一下怎麼改善頸椎的富貴包, 其實富貴包在哪裡呢?就是我們的頸椎下頸椎好像有東西突出來的. 其實富貴包我還是近這十年聽的, 我們在讀書時稱這個做buffalo hump, 意思就是水牛頸椎後面有一個東西突了出來, 就正如頸椎後面那東西就稱做 buffalo hump. 這麼近這十年我才聽到很多病人問我這個富貴包是什麼來的, 有些什麼可以改善這個富貴包? 其實富貴包在哪裡而且是怎樣形成的?
Today I will talk about how to improve neck hump. Where is neck hump? It is located at lower cervical and looks like a hump. I just heard of this chinese term in recent years. We learned this neck hump as buffalo hump at school because there is a hump locate at the neck of the buffalo, looks like the hump behind the neck therefore named as buffalo hump. In the recent 10 years I heard patients asked me about the neck hump and how to improve it or fix this hump....
