The writers weren’t allowed to do rewrites during filming because of the strike. The actors are British and thus under a different union than the one striking so were allowed to work. So the stuff that wouldn’t been payoffs in episode 9 and especially episode 10 would’ve had a huge payoff, that’s the stuff this season was building towards. I think it makes sense for Rhaenyra to ask someone other than Jace with her to Harrenhal or where ever else. Because if something were to happen there, it would be to much of a risk to have them both be in danger at the same time. So by letting him stay, he can take her place if she'd end up hurt/dead. Also, it's good to have him stay and rule/lead/manage everyone that's still there in her absence, not only for practice/experience, but also because I think she recognized the will in him that wants to keep them in check etc. Furthermore, it shows that she trusts him/can rely on him to take her position when she's not there. With that said, she does need to communicate that with him and make it clear that it's about valuing him above everything else, and that there is great honor, independence and wisdom in that kind of strategic/tactical thinking and that he's her closest and only true ally - instead of just letting him figure it out or worse, leaving him to doubt/question his worth.
No spoilers, safe to read. So the books, SOIAF which the GoT was based on, is around 2M words. Fire and Blood is about 80k words, out of which, season 2 is literally about 16 pages. Someone else had commented on the last episode that the dragons and their riders have kind of the same souls; meaning, Addam was restless, so was Sea Smoke. Ulf is a goof and Silver Wing is playful. Hugh the Hammer is dignified and so is Vermathor. Now, Rhaena is experiencing the wild, being alone, providing for her own survival, just like the wild dragon.

Daemon's arc this season was fucking incredible, despite the negativity many seem to have with it. From how he was acting only in self-service in season 1, to now accepting fate and bowing down to Rhaenyra, charging into a war knowing full well what it means for him personally based on the vision. Incredible. It would not have made sense if his story was compressed to two episodes.
This wasn't supposed to be the finale. "It was supposed to be a 10 episode season. A month before filming, after 8 months of writing, HBO told them to cut episodes. Then the writer's strike started , so the writers couldn't work during filming to reorganize things. So, yeah, HBO shot themselves in a foot with people who are bothered by this aspect of the season.
@18:14 mark - The God's Eye is the big lake where Harrenhal is located. It's called that because of the small island in the middle of the lake which makes it look like a giant eye when seen from above. It was once a sacred & mystical area covered with Weirwood trees, where the Children of The Forest lived. That is why King Harren the Black built his castle there. @26:53 mark - Yes, Otto is a prisoner. That is why he hasn't been answering the messages sent by Aemond or Alicent. It is yet to be known who has caputred him but it's possible that it is House Beesbury. It was mentioned in one of the episodes that House Hightower was forming an army from The Reach but they were getting resistance (& small battles) with House Beesbury in retaliation for the murder of Lord Beesbury. He was the guy in the small counsel who refused to believe that King Viserys had changed his mind about Rhaenyra & wanted Aegon to be his heir instead. Criston Cole killed him by slamming his head against the marble ball on the table.
I am so worried about Corlys and Alyn. I'm not sure they know the ships from Esso are on their way too. Ulf, the disgusting, will be a problem! I think Rhaenyra needs to formally announce Jace as her heir and put the crown on his head like Viserys did with her and before all the fighting begins.
This was supposed to be episode 8 out of 10. When HBO cut the last two episodes they couldn't rewrite it due to the strikes. Sucks, but it is what it is. I truly loved this season so much. HBO screwed the creators on the two episodes, but I'm still really happy with what we got.
Yeah, gotto be honest-as anything but a finale, I'd give this episode an A+, but it felt a little lacking as one. BUT, I also understand there's a reason for it. Apparently after they'd spent like 8 months writing a 10-episode arc and were almost to production when cost cuts from the WBD merger were confirmed; they could only have 8-episodes and a lot less cgi. Or so say the rumors. Some higher-up said it was always going to be 8 eps, but I'm more inclined to believe the writers and some production staff who said otherwise. I can totally see this finale being episode 8/10, followed by a battle, then aftermath and setup for S3 in eps 9-10.
The Gods Eye is a large lake in Westeros. In the middle of the lake is the Isle of Faces that has a bunch of Weirwood trees growing on it. Harrenhal sits on the shore of the Gods Eye. You saw Rhaenyra and Adam flying over it on their way to see Daemon. I'm not confident in an easy victory for Rhaenyra after see Daenerys lose her overwhelming advantage in GoT. Something always goes wrong for the good guys in this world.
During this portion of the book, almost nothing is written about Daemon. He went to Harrenhall to raise an army. That's it. None of the things he does later in the book could be in this season. That'll be more clear in seasons 3 and 4. Character development was really the only option for this season. Or just barely have him in the show. I love what we got.
Lets look at Rhaenyra's allies and plans so far and see where things can fail..... ●Corlys is sailing off - but is unaware that the triarchy are about to attack. ●Rhaena could tame the dragon Sheepstealer, but Rhaenyra's children are sailing off to Pentos with no protection. ●The Stark Greybeards are marching across the twins, but where are the Hightowers and Daeron and the dragon Tessarion marching off to? ●Rhaenyra is planning to attack Oldtown and Lannisport, but the Lannisters and Hightowers are no longer there. ●Daemon has a large army at Harrenhall, but the Lannisters are also on their way there. ●Dragonstone will be left empty possibly ●Rhaenyra is probably heading to King's Landing as Alicent promised so Rhaenyra can behead Aegon. But Larys has already taken Aegon away. ●Rhaenyra will be splitting up all her dragons probably and this might give Aemond and Vhagar an advantage
24:50 looking back I think the only way to have prevented this was if Alicent had agreed to marry Helaena to Jace, but nooooo, she was so disdainful of bastards and bloodlines that she married her own daughter to drunk-ass Aegon the Offender. There would have been no reason to plot against Rhaenyra with the families so closely bound.
This ended exactly where it should have. With whats next in the story even 2 more episodes wouldnt have been able to tie up things and satisfy people. People bitched and moaned that the last season of GoT was rushed, well they did this perfectly.
Jace is the Heir they both can’t go flying off if they both get killed then what….So yea she’s protecting him but also her duty as queen …1 has to stay behind when the other leaves. I do believe she will use him when it’s time but not a moment sooner if she doesn’t have to. Plus Jaaaaace is in his feelings right now (understandable to a point) telling him everything he just might feel like he needs to do something and he could get hurt , so I do agree she should tell him SOME.. things but not EVERYthing just Incase his mind starts to go 1 eye Popeye or Aegon
The God's Eye us the large lake where Harond Hall is located. It has an island in the center of it, making it look like a giant eye from above. That is where Amond will fall in battle, according to Heleana. But, remember, Daemon did not only see the song of ice and fire. He saw his own death as well. 😢
I can’t see things ending well for Alicent in the future after the risk she took to get out of the shackle chains of royal life and start a new life of being free from it
It’s pretty much guaranteed that it won’t end well for her. Aegon left with Larys and now Alicent is going to be seen as a liar. Rhaenyra definitely won’t let her and Helaena leave.
Enjoyed watching your channel , and while everyone is excited for the battles and dragons dancing in season, I personally am waiting for Ulf to give Daemond a great big brotherly hug and to rub his hair, oh good times! hope to see you two in 26.
In the words of George himself "Everywhere you look, there are more screenwriters and producers eager to take great stories and "make them their own." . . . Then they make the story their own. They never make it better, though. Nine hundred ninety-nine times out of a thousand, they make it worse"
Sara Hess and Ryan Condal should be replaced as they are causing irreparable damage to the show. At least D&D's excuse was that they ran out of source material, but what's theirs?!
@@100EmotionalDamage I honestly don't know, and it's something I'd like to know since, in my opinion, they've made some of the characters worse and more boring at times.
@@Thedutchman12 For me, there is one single line that explains their motive and philosophy. "Perhaps all men are corrupt, And true honour is a mist that melts in the morning..." That's what they are trying to turn the show into!
@@100EmotionalDamageif d and d couldn’t write without source material, then they should’ve stopped. And I really couldn’t care what grrm has to say on anything, man has been too lazy to finish his magnum opus.
Shout out for the Penny Dreadful t-shirt!!! I love that show! The trouble with the show is there’s so much that happened that a show can’t cover, and I think it’s harder for those of us who know how the story is supposed to go. Especially the Raena story. They definitely should have used Nettles and Sheepstealer instead. It would have been much more interesting.
18:10 the God's Eye is lake that is located just south of Harrenhall. It's the biggest lake in Westeros. It has a small island in the middle of the lake so it looks like eye from above.
I heard that Daemon staying at Harrenhal so long was to give Raenyra the space she needed for her arc. They could have just forgotten him but I guess they wanted to give him scenes too.
jace is right on point. and raised as a noble prude no joking or will to defy his moms rule. most targaryen men did what they wanted he doesn't he's been protected all his life he gotta go do something big cut someone of matter down or burn someone who deserves it or go to war without moms permission. daeron younger and he's out there jace gotta get on the front lines how important is the heiress if you want to keep mom alive? be a knight a man a dragon rider that you are. rhaenera did what she wanted when she was jace age. its her turn.
Okay some thoughts about this season. First I’m really happy they introduced Jeyne Arryn (Rhaenyra’s cousin) this season. She’s one of the few gay female characters from the books, although sadly I don’t know if they kept her sexual orientation in the show or not. Although I do find it interesting they made Sharako Lohar a gay woman (in the book he’s actually a man) and I thought it was funny how we find out she has no interest or attraction in men and therefore she just wants to use Tyland Lannister as a sperm donor for her wives. lol! I did hate how Alicent was portrayed this season it made no sense to her character from either the book or from last season. This woman would fight tooth and nail for her children and now for her to give up her sons was quite a choice by the showrunners. I’m hoping season 3 will give us more of a reason for her choices. Someone gave a theory that she might be tricking Rhaenyra. I also liked finding out that Hugh Hammer is the bastard son of Princess Saera Targaryen (the princess who became a prostitute from the book) which would make him a bastard cousin of Viserys, Daemon, Rhaenys, and Aemma Arryn. Overall I enjoyed the season but I’m disappointed with how it ended. Hopefully next season will be better.
Well next season will be having two major battles regardless of whether rhaenyra sits the throne or not. The battle at the God's eye near harrenhall and the gullet which is the sea battle to come.
It's like they put all the best stuff in the first 4 episodes, then 5-8 were just filler episodes. Really disappointed with the finale. It was underwhelming.
They were told a month before filming that they had to cut a 10 episode season into 8 then the writer strike happened so they couldn’t rewrite. 9-10 was gonna be a battle but they had to push it to the beginning of season 3.
This felt like one of those seasons where this was the first half and they are going to finish it soon, but waiting a couple years is disappointing. I know that they lost one of their producers from season 1 so i'm wondering if they had major budget restrictions especially with them filming A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms at the same time...
😂In all the reactions I've watched, they all left that part in. If I hadn't seen what an exploding sausage looks like in Gen V, Aegon's description would have had me cringing.
It was cut down to 8 because of the writers strike and HBO and Warner did cut the budget for this season hence why it was downsized from 10 episodes to 8
Ah I love u guys reaction to animes, hope you guys still reaction to another anime again especially Oshi No Ko. Season 2 now is getting hype for real, oh yeah I just subscribed and liked. Glad to know you guys hope it reaches out
Blacks can lose. Dany had the total upper hand when she arrived but was diminished and lost a lot before they took Westeros. No way she doesn’t lose a dragon or two that switches to the Greens. But who knows.
put on the shoes of every character when facing death and determination its not a matter of fairness in desperate measures. even team black council scared to die. no known soldiers and a queen who is scared to use her dragons. team green knows its death if rhaenera reclaims throne so its understandable panic on both sides. someone has to win as far as ulf he's a drunkard known to talk trash and jokester not a royal bone in his teachings and he's been starving with smallfolks now he's living it up with the royales this is all new to him and if he starts to believe in his dragon power he does think he's brother too viserys an damien. this is interesting blood of the dragon is hostile.
Why does the kiss have to lead anywhere? Maybe what "really happened" is they kissed once and never talked about it again, seems to me that would be a very realistic scenario given the situation. Maybe they talked about it in the likely hundreds of conversations that we don't see on screen. The way I see it, HOTD is much more about the characters than the plot compared to GoT and people have much more freedom to do things because that's just what they do and not because that's what the plots demands because of some scene that's coming up in 2 seasons.
@@sneb1886 Yes, but Corlys would need a royal decree from Rhaenyra to make that happen, wouldn't he? That's what Roose Bolton did when he legitimized Ramsey.
The show is NOT THE TRUE TELLING of the book. They are separate canon. In fact the show has cut storylines and characters which are in the book. Please read the book. Its excellent and better than the show.
Red flags 🚩🚩 started happening when Miguel Sapochnik left the team because HBO refused to give his wife producer credits. He’s still an executive producer but he no longer directs the episodes as he was the main showrunner prior to Ryan Condal taking over. Then HBO decided to cost cut and it was reported that S2 would only get 8 episodes. Then both a writers strike and actors guild strike happened last year. S2 was already doomed from the start. Now in terms of plot from the season, it started happening by Episode 3 The Burning Mill. This is the episode when Daemon started to get his visions and then finishes off with Rhaenyra needing to sneak into KL as a septa just to have a convo with her former bestie because Daemon left town. The season did start off solid from the first two episodes. Then a decline in Ep. 3 before a series peak with Ep. 4. Then another decline from 3 of the last 4 episodes as Ep. 5, 6, and 8 meandered and went nowhere. Rewatching The Queen Who Ever Was (a poor title, btw), it’s not that awful. But the fact it was going to be the season finale, it had tons of expectations to deliver and viewers wants spectacle and fireworks knowing we need to wait another 2 years for the next season. Not saying it was a great episode. It wasn’t. Daemon seeing the White Walkers or saying winter is coming in High Valyrian only annoyed viewers because it reminded us on how badly Game of Thrones ended. The worst scene was the Alicent selling out her two eldest boys. Um, why the change of heart after only 5 episodes later? Didn’t she accidentally start a war from misinterpreting what Viserys said? She’s a bad mother, a hypocrite, traitor, and she’s dead weight. This scene reached Game of Thrones S8 stupidity. Had it just been an Episode 8 of a 10-episode season, it wouldn’t be looked upon as that awful with the exception of that White Walkers callback and Alicent appearing at Rhaenyra’s doorstep I just mentioned. I think Ep. 8 is about par to Ep. 3, 5, and 6. Nothing really happened. It’s about a 6 or 7 out of 10 but since it’s a finale with higher expectations, people will grade it a 5 or lower. Season 2 was a step back from Season 1. While we did get some great episodes specifically 2x4 The Red Dragon and the Gold, great acting in 2x2 Rhaenyra the Cruel, and more dragon fun in 2x7 The Red Sowing, half of it sorta meandered and went nowhere. Character development didn’t improve with the exception of Aegon and giving Helaena more to do. Simon Strong ended up the most likable new character over Hugh, Ulf, Alys, and Jeyne, but it mostly comes from his reactions than anything he said. I wanted more out of the Velaryons and got nothing. We saw Corlys mostly stand next to a ship having a conversation with his wife, one of his bastard sons, or Rhaenyra. Similar to Daemon, he too was stuck being filmed in one location. I wanted more out of Baela and Rhaena and got nothing. And Jace is supposed to be the Robb Stark of this series but I still didn’t get anything out of him that would make me feel emotionally attached to him. He mostly comes off as a whiner. Why did we need 6 episodes of DaemonVision? Yes, he’s coping like Wanda did in WandaVision. Daemon did lose his only brother he truly loved. And yes, maybe there is a payoff to this after he dies next to Aemond. Don’t blame me because Helaena is spoiling everything. But why so many episodes only to come to the same conclusion? Daemon already bent the knee to Rhaenyra in 1x10 The Black Queen! We didn’t need to rethread this story again for an entire season! Now let’s get to Alicent…. 🤦🏻 First off, Olivia Cooke is a fantastic actress. One of the best in the cast. Matt Smith and Olivia are two of the top three in billing. All we got out from Daemon in S2 is tripping balls. Having a bad mushroom/acid trip in a haunted castle. All we got out of Alicent is her having sex, dissing Aegon again that led him to getting drunk and getting charcoaled by his brother. And if Alicent wasn’t having sex or being useless, she’s taking a bath or dipping in a pond or having awkward scenes with Rhaenyra. And the show version of Alicent and Criston should get as much blame for Jaehaerys’ death as Daemon. If they weren’t screwing around, someone would’ve protected Helaena’s door. Matt Smith and Olivia Cooke could’ve been used sparingly this season perhaps appearing in only 4 or 5 episodes but the writers pushed them to do nonsensical things to pad the runtime of these hour-long episodes and to give Daemon and Alicent something to do. Turn Daemon into a loser “husbuncle” to Rhaenrya and deadbeat father because he’s still thirsting for the throne when he’s damn near 50 and have people like Alys Rivers and Oliver Tully dunk on him when he is supposed to be the most dangerous man in all of Westeros during this time. Aemond is supposed to fear his uncle. Daemon is not supposed to fear his nephew. Is Daemon becoming Jake Skywalker from The Last Jedi? Make Alicent into the shittiest character next to Criston Cole and make her a hypocrite, turncloak, and possible kinslayer? She’s now a worse mother than Cersei! She lost her grandson and she’s willing to sell out two of her sons? And she’s utterly USELESS at this time. As unlikable as Criston is, he can fight. While Alicent can’t even protect all her children from a war she “accidentally” started! It’s either sex or baths from her to cleanse her impurities if she isn’t berating Aegon or pushing him to a throne he never wanted! Whichever side you’re on whether Team Black or Team Green, or if you’re not on either side and think HOT D is mostly rich white people’s problems and you think they’re all bad (except Helaena and the dragons), we all got to admit the character development from both sides was lacking. I rewatched S1 prior to S2 airing and there’s a noticeable difference in quality. S1’s worst episode might be 1x6 The Princess and the Queen thanks to some rushed plot points and the time jump, but even that is better than half of Season 2. And 1x6 was written by Sara Hess but directed by Miguel Sapochnik. Sara Hess: White man bad! Make woman look good and heroic! Daemon is no Paul Rudd and is a terrible person! Down with the patriarchy! Down with toxic white man masculinity! And let’s add a lesbian kiss scene with Rhaenyra and Mysaria because I’m a lesbian! Nice! We got another Leslye-bian Headland from The Acolyte over here. An activist. Not a writer and is pretending she read the books. Losing Miguel Sapochnik was a big deal. He directed some of the best episodes from Game of Thrones. Ryan Condom and Sara Mess will ruin it with their fanfic nonsense. Again, if we didn’t get this ridiculous scene where Alicent is selling out her sons and Ep. 8 didn’t have the burden being the finale with higher expectations, it’s not that terrible. I even enjoyed the Abigail Thorn scenes when “they” joked about eating human flesh and asking Tyland to have children with “them”. Awkward pause from Tyland got me laughing 😂 as he looked obviously confused before Sharako mentioned about “their” wives. Do you remember from the early 90s the “It’s Pat” skits from SNL? People couldn’t figure out Pat’s gender. That’s what Tyland experienced when meeting Sharako. Oh well, let’s hope S3 is the “action” season. S2 is the “filler” season. S1 was the “setup” season. The Battle at Rook’s Rest was still great though even with some changes to it and that’s probably where most of the S2 budget went to. S3 should start with the Battle of the Gullet. The craziest naval fight we may ever see. As disappointing as S2 is, you know damn well you’re still tuning in for S3 in 2026 the moment you can see it. Let’s just look at S2 as a mulligan thanks to some cost cutting decisions and strikes. The Age of Ultron of the four Avengers movies. Not truly awful. A mixed bag with a few merits. Marvel, Star Wars, and ThroneVerse, the more they all want to expand their deep lore with so many different projects coming from different creators with varying visions to their lore, the more diluted the lore becomes. GRRM said they have 7 different projects in the works. It’s going to grow stale like what happened to MCU and SW. GRRM is already 75. His lore will get more diluted after he dies because it’s no longer coming from him but from several hack writers. Look at Disney Star Wars. It’s become a trash brand and George Lucas isn’t even dead yet. Tolkien will be rolling in his grave again when The Rings of Power S2 comes out. Be excited for House of the Dragon Season 3 and 4, but don’t get too excited knowing there’s going to be changes we all have to live with. Look at HOT D Season 2 this way: Still better than most MCU and Star Wars series on Disney+. Even at it’s worst, HOT D S2 remains better than The Mandalorian S3, Ahsoka, The Acolyte, Obi-Wan Kenobi, The Book of Boba Fett, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, Moon Knight, Secret Invasion, Ms. Marvel, She-Hulk, Echo… Let’s wait 10 more months for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms. To some who only want to see dragons from these type of medieval fantasy shows, it may not be appealing to them. But the Dunk & Egg series with only 6 episodes should keep Burlington Bar busy with their awesome reactions in Chicago next year. A Song of Ice and Fire is truly headed to where MCU and Star Wars already are. Another IP trap filled with diluted quality. Star Wars no longer excites their fans. Just another visit to McDonald’s. Luster wore off years ago. May happen again to all these Game of Thrones spin-offs. HOT D 2x8 The Finale That Never Was It was never supposed to be the finale. It’s actually decent as a random episode but it’s terrible as a season finale. 🤣🤣🤣 @AllOutMovies ruclips.net/video/9YHWluc8Q2s/видео.htmlsi=JfUjS8i3xfLMdPJS

I feel like if there's a bigger threat to Jace's inheritance than other bastards it would be his younger half brothers.
@@jtser8322 His little brother, Aegon the younger will be king.
@@jamesw7072exactly, if Jace became king Rhaenyra was setting up her own civil war between her bastards by Harwin and her sons by Daemon.
Definition of a one-dimensional character...
If they do everything according to the book, many people will be in tears...
I totally agree with you about this episode. So sad to end like this. See you both in 2 years!
they might watch dunk and egg next yr
●Dragonstone will be left empty possibly
●Rhaenyra is probably heading to King's Landing as Alicent promised so Rhaenyra can behead Aegon.
Jayse has the smallest dragon and is the heir apparent he should be the last person going to battle . The gods eye is the lake next to harren hall
This ended exactly where it should have. With whats next in the story even 2 more episodes wouldnt have been able to tie up things and satisfy people. People bitched and moaned that the last season of GoT was rushed, well they did this perfectly.
😂😂😂
Stay tuned.. see you in 2026! 😩😭
Daemon call ghost busters or the Winchesters and get it over with lol
A fan of Ghostbusters and Supernatural? My brother! 🤛🏿
No one bows to Rhaenyra because no one really knows what she looks like the people don’t see her often. Also at this moment they were sworn to Daemon.
Alicent’s plan can’t work. Rhaenyra said she must take Aegon’s head, but Aegon is gone, so what will Rhaenyra think or do?
Rhaenyra: and whom do you serve
Me: Jesus
Holy sht that breakdown portion lady with the glasses was saying spoilers left and right soooo openly my god
jace is right on point. and raised as a noble prude no joking or will to defy his moms rule. most targaryen men did what they wanted he doesn't he's been protected all his life he gotta go do something big cut someone of matter down or burn someone who deserves it or go to war without moms permission. daeron younger and he's out there jace gotta get on the front lines how important is the heiress if you want to keep mom alive? be a knight a man a dragon rider that you are. rhaenera did what she wanted when she was jace age. its her turn.
Many of us assume she doesn't take Jace to protect him - perhaps she knows that SeaSmoke would be a MUCH better wing than Jace's little Vermax.. 🤔
5:57 it's a sailor's superstition that renaming your boat is bad luck. Remember that in 2 years for season 3 😂
@@mikaylagore1174 That's no EXCUSE...
'House of the Dragon' to End With Season 4, Season 3 to Begin Production in Early 2025
Jace got to calm down too you can’t be antagonizing and threatening the dragon riders… they may flip
It's like you predicted the future 🤣
This felt like one of those seasons where this was the first half and they are going to finish it soon, but waiting a couple years is disappointing. I know that they lost one of their producers from season 1 so i'm wondering if they had major budget restrictions especially with them filming A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms at the same time...
The Raines song in the history of westeros doesn't exist yet. That song technically didn't come about tell later closer to tywin lannisters time.
What I hate is that they deleted the scene of Cregan Stark leading the march of the starks army. They should have shown Cregan Stark.
Aegon losing his "sausage" is karma for him given what he did to that young servant girl last season.
Glad to know you guys hope it reaches out
20:55 ahhh well my boy daeron has other plans 😉
45:36 What we see is canon to the universe of the show but not to the canon of the books because they are separate as stated by George.
Cool 😎 show
Team black ❤ season 3 is going to be pure chaos
Yessss
wtf been watching you since peacemaker and i just figured out what the MAC stands for. smh
I don't think Corlys can name Alyn his heir due to the latter's status as a bastard.
He can give him his name and entitlements that come with it by recognizing him as a true born son (as Bolton did for Ramsay).
@@sneb1886 Yes, but Corlys would need a royal decree from Rhaenyra to make that happen, wouldn't he? That's what Roose Bolton did when he legitimized Ramsey.
The best explanation for the lackluster finale and overall weak season is that it's incomplete due budget restrictions and lack of time.
Are we still watching movies?
The show is NOT THE TRUE TELLING of the book. They are separate canon. In fact the show has cut storylines and characters which are in the book.
Please read the book. Its excellent and better than the show.
Booooo Bloodraven!!!!
Wanting Aegons head is bullshit from Rhaenyras side
Wrong episode title
Marvel, She-Hulk, Echo…
Let’s wait 10 more months for A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms.
HOT D 2x8 The Finale That Never Was
It was never supposed to be the finale. It’s actually decent as a random episode but it’s terrible as a season finale.
