    Where on the ocklawaha do you catch these? I never see the water this clear when i go to florida and fish the Oklawaha

      I hear ya Ryan! We got 37 today with the three largest weighing 6.5, 6.11 and 8.3 lbs.

    How do you decide when to set the hook with them wild shiners, is there a sweet spot you've learned to time it right when you set the hook or is it a trial and error kinda thing, I'm no rookie but can always learn a better way...your the man

      Take up the slack in the line and use your rod tip to find the bass! When he makes the first surge set the hook!

      I buy them most of the time, but sometimes I catch my own. I buy mine at Advantage Sports in Salt Springs.
