@@timholloway8821 its already bad enough that being a roguelite game that there are no regular save points, but now my game has started crashing almost every day. this is why i havent played it in 3 days. its a shame because i love the core combat and gameplay, but i feel that some of the design choices, such as being a roguelite game with no regular save points were bad decisions. i can only imagine how great this game would have been as a regular action/adventure third person shooter, with a regular world and regular savepoints instead of the procedurally generated world that it has.
There’s usually a chest pretty close on the left before entering the boss door room. I got the Pylon driver the last time. I think it will make the run much faster since it kills the boss so easily, just melts it.

When I started looking for collectibles I started using the handgun more than any other weapon and understood how underrated and strong it is. I used to laugh when I find it before every boss but damn its good
I also used to think the pistol sucks! And to be fair on a low level without any traits it does kinda suck but once you unlock some sick traits like Homing Missile, Serrated Projectiles or Shrapnel and get lucky enough to get one that has them equipped it absolutely shreds - especially since the fully automatic fire rate at high levels is almost as fast as a trigger finger so you can just hold down R2 and still melt! 🥰
Nice job dude. I wonder what the record is for a 100% speed run. What I really want to see is someone no hit this...I guess it could be possible, but Ophion is really hard to no hit. I’ve no hit Phrike, Axion and Hyperion. But Nemesis and Ophion have some mechanics that make it real tough to no hit. I guess it would really come down to RNG on guns. Once you get Hollowseeker with Portal there’s plenty of ways to play defense while melting enemies you have to fight going through the biomes. Anyway, GG bud.
100% speedruns of this game will probably never happen, unless collectibles wouldn't be included in the 100% tbh 😋 A No Hit Run would be amazing, I personally did some No Hit Runs of Bloodborne (Any%, No HUD, All Bosses) and Mortal Shell (6 different ones incl. All Bosses) but no hitting this game is close to impossible - unless you do a segmented run but even then it would probably take a billion attempts just to get all the segments no hit 🤔 I managed to no hit Phrike (video on my channel) and Ophion (got a great pistol with which I killed him before he could do the crazy attack in phase 3, you probably know which one lmao sadly I was so caught in the speedrun that I didn't notice early enough to record it) but never the other bosses, then again I just recently starting fighting the other bosses who aren't Ophion 😅 Wish they would allow us to copy saves to USB as on PS4 so we could set up different saves with different unlocks, currently my main account has all the weapons unlocked which leads to an RNG clusterfuck so I already made a new account (seen in the video for example) that only has the Pistol and Spitmaw with all the good traits and none of the bad ones unlocked for best possible RNG but yeah, I would like to experiment with other weapons and their traits 👀
You definitely don't wanna fight them with the starting gun, you need to pick one up - good thing the game has a fixed pistol spawn right before the final boss and fixed proficiency spawns at the beginning of every biome! That way we always reach him at prof 24 and get that pistol :)
It's proficiency 0 at the beginning, after skipping act 1 it automatically goes up to 15 and the final proficiency boost always increases your proficiency to 24 :)
Any here I am...about to quit cuz I keep getting stomped in the 3rd biome. I am usually pretty good at rouge likes as well, nothing special but I have been able to complete the main story within most that have a story to complete. I have played most of all the good ones, but for some reason this one just kicks my butt time and time again. I will give it another shot!
Good job. But why didn’t you go straight for the abyss? Also open 1 chest you run past. If you get a hollowseeker or nadelauncher you kill the boss in seconds.

Don't you think you could save a little time by picking up a better weapon for the final boss? I feel like you would shred the boss much faster than the time it takes to open 1 chest.
I planned on doing that but didn't get a chest closeby in this run, I did however get a carbine in another run today - just you wait for tomorrow's upload :D

Why bother playing the game if you're gonna run thru almost every living enemy? Game is outstanding! I'm on the 3rd Biome. Hope there is a sequel to this masterpiece!
You realize people don't speedrun games on their first playthrough, right? 😅 We speedrun games because we did everything possible and there is nothing left for us to do in the game except for beating it faster and faster, and since we love the games so much that we don't wanna stop playing them that's what we do 🥰 I agree tho, the game is amazing and I also hope we will get a sequel! 😍
Cant play these games longtgat want you dying alot. Ive beat souls , ive beat Bloodborne. But i hate these games when I dont have time because handling business. When i get a vacation or some time whether the game is bad, ok, or great im beating it. But when my schedule is full I stay away from losing all my money. Ill have credit $49-50 & i dont lose spending $20 cash because if Im not sold like this game get back my credit and sit until a game like resident village comes out. Point is most games get real saucy 60% in or so & its on. Sekiro games I loved & this is cool but time just robs me of enjoying games like these the dying isnt an issue but my moma no longer pays the mortage I do. So if you got all day drop your cash but if you dont . Any souls like games you will be pissed!

How does what work exactly? This is New Game Plus, all bosses except the final one are optional after beating them once 😋

Yep, no need to kill enemies unless it's a lockdown. That only happens in bonus/gold doors AFAIK
