Mid 1970's roadtrip to Canada. Stopped in Maine. We were 16 ... 3 young dudes from Connecticut. We happened upon another group of maybe a dozen teens who had built a bonfire in the middle of a road and were having a party. To our surprise they were actually very friendly. Later we explained how we thought they were going to want to fight with us and we were all going to be arrested for having a bonfire. But the thing that impressed me most was the more questions we asked the more they felt pity on us leading such unfree, constrained lives.

I see the same wetlands shot in this video, is part of the listed property?
Yes. East half is mixed woods, west half has those "pond" created by beavers who don't need permits. There is a small galvanized culvert under road and could see a small trick of water. So west have is wet, marshland and not so heavily wooded @JDW3826. Town taxes 4 of the 46 acres waste or bog.

Look, I like and enjoy Andy's content as much as the next viewer but when it comes to "acreage," Phil McPhail and his operation simply outperform and outclass any other realtor presentation videos AND include pertinent info upfront ...no hunting for tax info, etc., etc. And no, Andy, "run and gun" is not a viable excuse, (something he likes to fall back on, too frequently).
