لا حول ولاقوة الابالله After muslim leaders, now our muslim Imams?? The basic Usool of Deen is that you cannot take a wrong means to achieve goodness or right outcome. This is proven from the Seerah of Rasool Allaah Sallallahu Alehe Wasallam when Quraysh asked him to rule for certain years and then let Quraysh do the same. Why didnt Rasool Allaah accept? He could have used that ruling opportunity to get his objective achieved and implemented Islam. But we know he didnt took the wrong means and he refused. It appears our modern day scholars need to go back to the kindergarten of Usool Ad-Din and re-learn. الله مستعان
These people are not Muslim. They are Murtaddīn because they call to Major Shirk. There is no excuse of ignorance for any regarding ‘Alsu Ad-Dīn. They are labelled with what they do of Major Shirk, so they are Mushrikīn. For those who do not know the reality of something being Major Shirk then they are still labelled with it (Shirk) in this life and we do not give them the rights of a Muslim until they return to the Religion and if they (those unaware of the reality of the Shirk they are involved in) are to die in that state. Then their Judgement in the Hereafter Belongs with Allāh. But for those who know the reality of the Shirk they are involved in, there is no doubt they abide in the Hellfire Eternally. May Allāh Grant you and all of us sincerity and firmness upon obedience to Him in His Religion. Upon Tawhīd and all its branches and aspects. Especially Kufr Bit-Tāghūt
This is completely wrong! Democracy says legislation is by the people, for the people. It says we are all legislators. This goes completely against Islam. Allah says “ legislation is for none but Him”. Allah also says how the Jews and Christian’s took their rabbis and priests as gods besides Allah. A man who used to be Christian said to the prophet Muhammad (salalah alayhi wasalaam) that when he was Christian they did not worship the their priest. The prophet Muhammad (salalah alayhi wasalaam) then replied by saying, “when they made the halal haraam and the haraam halal and you obeyed them, that was your worship. Whenever these guys try to explain this whole voting issue, they never provide Quran or Hadith, they go straight to opinions. Nothing supersedes the Quran first then sunnah(Hadith). These people are calling to misguidance. Their purpose of getting us(the Muslims) to accept democracy, is so that we can abandon our Islam and become secular like them. this is a part of the assimilation process. Allah says" the jews and christians will not be pleased with you until you follow their way." The Prophet Muhammad(salalah alayhi wasalaam) said " you are going to follow them hand span by hand span, arm span by arm span, even if they crawl into the hole of a lizard you will follow them." The Sahabah said " are you talking about the jews and christians?" He replied " who else, yes" May Allah protect from being misguided and misguiding others. may Allah protect us from the plots of the wrongdoers. May Allah hold our feet firm.
Sheikh haitham is a great scholars but he has made some disaster mistakes his students finance fatwa is disastrously flawed and refuted by mufti faraz who ma's masters in finance and studied islamic finance His fatwa on Erdoğan being caliph is disaster as well equally bad as his opinion on voting being wajib His view on 18 degree timetable is also another flawed opinion I would say the sheikh made these mistakes because if overthrowing and overdoing it in finding loopholes for these haram It is better to drop these things and focus in things like moonlighting which is needed and important
Are the both of you on crack? Who the heck cares about the moon man?? There are so many important things this ummah needs than uniting in moon sighting
“Have you seen those [hypocrites] who claim that they believe in that which has been sent down to you, and that which was sent down before you, and they wish to go for judgment [in their disputes] to the Taaghout [false judges etc] while they have been ordered to reject them. But Shaytaan wishes to lead them astray.” [EMQ 4: 60]
